The only positive aspect of this hotel is the view. Swimming in the sea is not advisable unless you have a very strong immune system, as the city's sewage is discharged just 100 meters away. Most staff, except for the friendly front desk team and the two Black ladies at breakfast who were very lovely, were extremely rude. Interactions often felt tense and could escalate for no reason. The hotel is right by the Adriatic Sea. It was converted from several residential buildings with different room types, ranging from nearly 30 square meters to only 18 square meters. The environment is first-class, the service is thoughtful, and there is a little surprise: local refrigerator magnets were given when checking out!
The view of Perast is amazing and the hotel is worth staying in. The windows in old buildings are relatively small. The so-called sea view is actually the sea view through the small windows. The service in Montenegro was particularly good. There was no elevator, so a strong man helped us carry our luggage, and we gave him a small tip at the end. Overall worth recommending

We spend 2 weeks in this hotel and it was great! The room was spacious, with a fantastic view on mountains and a seaside. There was always very clean. The rooms were always sparkling clean, which made me feel very safe in the context of pandemic. The staff is professional, kind and prompt to answer any questions or give advice on our stay. Great hotel at Perast. Really loved everything about my stay at the place. Location is great, the whole facility is in the carefully and nicely renovated old palace, staff is helpful and attentive yet not intrusive. Everyone take the COVID seriously. Several issues,about our staying...June 2021 The location is on a hill,so you have to use about 100 steps to reach Perast..You must rent a car..for visiting and the tiny Muntenegro is beautiful... Amazing place, beautiful view, great staff, high hospitality. Delicious food, which I honestly didn't expect. Their restaurant is simply amazing. The rooms are specious and clean. Parking really means a lot. It's not really close to the beach, you have to climb a bit, but the view, parking, rooms, food definitely worth it. Also if you like to travel to different beaches it's great place.

We stayed here for one night during a cycling trip. The room was very small, but pretty and clean. The hotel is a beautiful old building that has been modernized with good taste. The breakfast was not bad and better than expected, given the low price in comparison to other hotels in Perast. We did not have dinner here. As we were travelling by bicycle, I can‘t comment on parking situation.

While the room size is compact this is understandable due to the age and historical nature of the building. Having said that, it was a real gem and our stay was most comfortable. Very nice host and wonderful place in the center of perast, the place to be in the Kotor Bay. The studio.is very large and you will feel at home. The only minus is there you can't park near the accomodation so you will need to do a bit of sport with your luggage but this is the charm of perast
Best place in Montenegro. Building after renovation, all around are new or like new but with honour to history, natural materials. Rooms are very light and comfy. Nice and helpful english, russian speaking owners. Recommended!

This is the best hotel to stay at in the area. The staff, owners, and everyone else are very friendly. The best part is that they genuinely care about you. Staff provided thorough instructions regarding the room, breakfast, things to see in Perast. There is parking at the end of this beautiful tiny coastal town. The hotel has carts to drive you to and from the parking area. Parking attendants can park your car if all spaces are occupied. Parking currently is 15 euros for 24 hours… I parked at 8am. Very pleasant. Had coffee in the shade of their courtyard in the afternoon, the affogato and iced coffee were excellent. Toilets were clean.

Grand spot for a cheap and handy stay in Perast. Accom is a fairly average room but we were more than satisfied considering it was only €20 There's not a lot to do in Perast so if you're considering whether you should start here or not, you can probably see everything here within 2hrs max. We travel through Slovenia, Croatia and Montenegro and this is the best spot we have found. Beautiful view Kotor's Boca and small island. Close to shops, restaurants which offer fresh and not expensive seafood. Great hosts. Highly recommended.
