Beautiful location. The family couldn’t do more to ensure your stay was comfortable. Room was spotlessly clean. Cant wait to go back! Food and wine was good too!!!
The location is perfect. The cottages/villas are classy and spacious with all the amenities. A day of rest here is worth ten anywhere else. The host, Nemanja was very knowledgeable on all things and was great at organizing any/all local tours or other activities in Montenegro. He's a very nice and charming host. The wine tasting event and locally prepared fish is highly recommended. I would rate this...

We had the most incredible and amazing stay here - Nemanja and his family are extremely kind, knowledgeable and attentive people who ensure that your experience is just perfect. The scenic location combined with the amazing service and wine ensures you leave here feeling relaxed, recharged and appreciated. We stopped by for a wine tasting the other day and it was a lovely experience. The guy who worked there was very attentive and helpful and the wines were delicious (wish we could have bought so many more bottles!). Very atmospheric room for wine tasting as well. Highly recommend visiting.
We showed up for a wine tasting unannounced and were greeted very warmly! Very knowledgeable and concise about the wines we were tasting and offered helpful local recommendations. We ended up taking a bottle home to enjoy later and were very happy we did!

We were six girls renting one of the villas and we had an amazing time! The villa was even more beautiful than in pictures, we felt we were living in a castle. The service was amazing as well, so helpful and nice people. Would highly recommend this place!!

We have just spent amazing 5 days at the Oak Leaf Residences occupying Villa 1 and 2. Villas are spotless clean, well maintained, equipped and have amazing views over Budva bay. If possible take Villa 2 for best view ever! The staff is always there to help You! Highly recommend Oak Leaf for relaxing vacations!

Its a very very beautiful place in Montenegro. If are planing vacation with a Group of people, I can just recommend it. We really enjoyed Vila Mia Studio!!
Viktoria was the most amazing host ever. Greeted us as we stepped off the bus and helped all along our stay. She even wanted to clean each day but we did our own upkeep.
The studio Mia was perfect for a three night stay in Sveti Stefan. Bed was super comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Shower and towels superb.
