This villa was really bad. We stayed for a week - no fresh towels during this time. Bed sheets was dirty and old. No room service or cleaning. You can’t even wash the floor by yourself because there was no mop or broom.
Making breakfast was also a really hard task - the stove didn’t work normally. We had to fry eggs for an hour.
20 minutes before check out cleaning lady switched off the water in our room, so we can’t take shower after swimming in salt sea.

The rooms are dirty, linens and towels are old. No shampoo, soap.
The kitchen has a fridge and stove, but no utensils to cook on. Pillows were old and worn out, couldn't sleep!
The room is very smoky.

After reading the bad reviews I was very worried about going. We rest with a child of 3 years on the 4th floor overlooking the mountains. The location is good, it takes about 10 minutes to go to the sea, the road is gentle, it does not exhaust (even a child). On the way to the beach cafes and shops, very convenient. Check-in: there were problems, the rooms were not ready, they waited about an hour. The room is normal, spacious, the bathroom is freshly renovated. The furniture corresponds to the photo: bed, sofa wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, kitchenette. There are few dishes: a 3-liter saucepan with a lid, a frying pan, a cezve, 3 spoons, forks and plates, 5 cups. Refrigerator, stove, air conditioning, TV working. The hair dryer in the bathroom is not very powerful, but there is a working one. There is an iron and ironing board on each floor in the hallway. From the means: dishwashing detergent and liquid soap in the bathroom.

1) cleaning and cleanliness of linen leaves much to be desired. The first thing that caught my eye upon moving into the room was a sheet on the bed with strange white spots and small hair (apparently, unwashed traces of the life of previous guests).
2) we lived in two rooms (large family). One room was completely saturated with the smell of smoke. So much so that for a week of airing and non-smoking guests living in it, the smell did not disappear completely. By the way, the air conditioner smelled the same.
3) instead of bath towels, they give small ones for hands
Soap in the room - some kind of lousy bulk liquid soap in a plastic jar, which has been used for quite some time, judging by the appearance.
There was no shampoo or shower gel.
4) parking for 4 places. Who did not have time, he was late. We checked into the hotel in the evening, we spent the whole day before that on the road. Very tired ... what was my indignation when the next day the hotel workers woke me up with a completely shameless knock on the door at 8:30 in the morning with a request to repark the car. I understand that people need to leave, but the owners of the parking lot usually foresee this situation in advance and in the evening they negotiate everything and park everyone as needed or ask for car keys.
