The most exceptional stay during our road trip in Montenegro. The host was great, they allowed us to check in later in the evening when we realized we were late. Beautiful view from the room, clean and cozy, and great coffee.

Sweet place with old maslinas in the yard, little restaurant, home-like rooms and really welcoming and professional owners. Very clean and comfortable, no noise or irritating neighbors. Spacious apartment, equipped with everything you need, beautifully landscaped yard, large and well-kept swimming pool. One minus is that there is no cleaning service.

Perfection! Villa Velzon has the best staff in all Montenegro. Receptionists, restaurant workers and cleaning ladies were a blast, they made our holidays so special, helped with everything what we needed and set a perfect “holiday mood” from the day we arrived and until we left. Really friendly place and a good starting point for the nearby beaches or Kotor or Skodersko lake (or Budva, obviously). This place was amazing, it had a kitchen bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom all the things you need, it also has a spacious balcony with a table, sun beds, and chairs and the view is stunning at all times. I can stare at the view for hours. I highly recommend this apartment, it’s lovely.

Excellent bus connections to Budva. -: There are many privately owned beaches in the direction of Budva. This doesn't directly affect the accommodation, but it's a general issue in the area.
