Where to stay with kids in Budva Riviera

While the food was tasty, the variety could be improved with more international options. That said, the hotel clearly cares about the guest experience. The rooms are comfortable, and the environment feels very safe

Entertainment had a lot to be desired compared to other holidays I have been on it was tacky and basic not enough room for everyone to sit either. Good pool Entertainment through the day with games, music and sports

You can choose to stay in a quiet, isolated atmosphere or easily head into town to enjoy the vibrant day and nightlife. The hotel operates on an all-inclusive concept

One thing to note is that all alcohol service and entertainment ends at 11:00 PM, which felt a bit early for a summer stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here

It’s a calm and respectful place where both the staff and guests contribute to a peaceful atmosphere. Would recommend to those looking for a relaxing getaway

Food was upto Iberostar standard I enjoyed it every night for 7 nights, good selection of bars to grab drinks although if you turned up within 30 minutes of closing time the men bartenders would make you feel very unwelcome and be visibly annoyed

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We had a suite and they upgraded us and our room was enormous. They have a real workout gym and a beautiful pool area. I also had a massage and facial and booth were excellent

The location service is very good, the breakfast is very rich, and they also helped us upgrade the room type. The hotel's spa and gym are open for free, and the sea-view swimming pool is particularly beautiful. must go!

The rating system needs more than 5 stars for location. Steps away from not just a magnificent private beach but also the walls of Budva's wonderful old town

Location of the hotel and view from our balcony were fantastic. The beach and pool are also lovely. Check-in at 3 pm is too late. Missing kettle in the rooms and no kids playground, which both are strange.

I expected the big outdoor pool to be gimmicky but it turned out to be an awesome place to spend the afternoon watching the beach below and the boats pass by

The location is perfect in the city centre, close to everything, with a private beach accesibile via an elevator! The interior of the hotel is a work of art! Highly recommended for a relaxing and luxurious stay!

We weren’t sure why, but we were upgraded to a suite which was very nice of them! The pool was refreshing, and you could order drinks & sip on them while relaxing

The hotel had very good service and nice facilities. Even though the breakfast officially started 7:30 am, we were able to get breakfast before that at the day of departure and on excursion days

we did B&B and the breakfast was brilliant, quality ingredients with lots of variety of food. We had lunch there a couple of times on the top floor by the infinity pool. lovely! Highly recommend this hotel

Best hotel we've ever stayed in! Rooms were great, staff were amazing, above and beyond in all areas; maids, chefs, waiting staff, bar staff and reception! Facilities were top drawer too and the location is great

We stayed in Petrovac for a week. The personnel is nice, the hotel has three nice swimming pools surrounded by olive oil trees which provide natural shade. The balcony of our room had a beautiful view

I would especially single out the wonderful complex and swimming pools, the food is satisfactory. The children's playgrounds were a great help to us!

I can understand if we would have forgotten it by the pool or the beach. From then on, when we weren't using towels, we kept them in the closet. The food and drink is delicious, the service is good

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. We stayed in the family room, which had 2 TVs, but neither had channels. The room itself is large and spacious, with two floors and two balconies

we visited the hotel in May and we really enjoyed it because it was not crowded, so we could use all the facilities to the maximum, although I know that Petrovac is very crowded during the main season

If you or your children wanted it outside of these very limited windows, you had to purchase it separately at the pool bar. This felt quite restrictive for an all-inclusive concept and led to some disappointment

The most notable point for families, or anyone with a sweet tooth, is the ice cream situation. While advertised as all-inclusive, ice cream was only available for free twice a week at designated times

This hotel has all the facilities you could ask for swimming pools, gym, hairdressers etc we had a lovely room with sea & mountain views, hotel staff were helpful and friendly the only thing that wasn't to my liking was the restaurant which offers buffet meals while the quality of food on offer was good I prefer a relaxing restaurant with waiter service rather than queuing up for food so we ate out...

Mixed Feelings on the "All-Inclusive" Experience at Hotel Montenegro Beach Resort My recent stay at the Hotel Montenegro Beach Resort offered some enjoyable aspects, particularly its lovely location

While other aspects of the resort were generally pleasant, these specific issues with the all-inclusive package made us feel that it wasn't as comprehensive as we'd hoped

When we arrived we had a mixed opinion. We went for dinner, in the dining hall, canteen feels. The food was just warm, this was because we were near the end of service (about an hour)

The hotel is nice and located close to the beach. The service and the staff were amazing, as well as the food options during breakfast and lunch. I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, the spa (although small rooms).

Booked holiday through TUI UK under the impression it was an adult only hotel which on arrival it wasn’t as there were children everywhere, this strange as there are no kid’s facilities on site such as play area or pool

We never got to use the private beach since the smallish space there was taken up quite fast so I'd recommend going there early in the morning. Didn't really bother us though since the hotel has 2 pools

I loved that there were 2 pools, one outside and one inside and enough sun beds on 3 different terraces so we never felt that the area was too crowded, although it might get crowded on a high season

There was also a lovely singer every night that we looked forward to listening on the balcony, he really had a wide array of hits :) A few negative parts were the breakfast area being too small for the massive amount of people dining there at around 9-10 AM, the coffee quality (using what felt like powdered milk?) and the fact that you couldn't bring your own food in your hotel room

She was always ready to help with any questions and created a feeling of care. Regarding some aspects, the prices at the on-site restaurants were quite high, and the towels in the rooms had small stains

It would be convenient if insect screens were installed on the windows — without them, it was very uncomfortable, especially in the evening

You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design and upkeep. The spa was fantastic – spotless, relaxing, and well-equipped with a high standard of infrastructure in the steam and sauna areas

Overall, everything was top-notch. The beach was beautiful and convenient, perfect for relaxing, although it was a bit dirty in some areas

The hotel has a beautiful view, the room is spacious and clean, and there is even a washing machine, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel provides a boat to and from the ancient city, which is very convenient.

Galathea apartments with its iconic Kotor bay view Had a pleasant stay at Galathea apartments. The property is wonderful with a scenic view of the Kotor Bay. Tatiana is a wonderful host who is always available

It has a good location, big rooms and a swimming pool downstairs. I chose this hotel just for the swimming pool. I think if I come to Budva again next time, I will definitely choose this hotel

The location, view and amenities offered by this property are so exquisite that it would be hard for us to like other properties. Would love to revisit if we plan to visit Kotor again

The property is a charm with all amenities in place. We were upgrades to their newly built apartments because of the length of our stay which was a blessing

The pool is nice and not deep, so no lifeguard is needed. I can't tell you about the dining room, because I didn't go in there - I only eat kosher

I was at this hotel from 15 to 22 Oct and found the staff amazingly helpful, especially the person at the reception, Alma, who had gone out of her way to resolve a couple of issues that I had with internet connection

The food was good and my only issue would be that the water in the open air pool was far too cold, although the beach is short distance away and sea water was much warmer

The bar in the evening has very little atmosphere as it's very overly lit with lots of bright led lights an no soft lighting, also just feels like a bar in the middle of the reception lobby / conference area

Would be better if it was more enclosed and kept people together and softened the lighting. There isn't much in the local area to see or do, but this does make it very tranquil and peaceful

Excellent buffet breakfast in the Benedict cafe, and you can also have a great lunch and dinner there. You need to understand that if you want to swim, you will need to walk about 10 minutes to any beach

The hotel is conveniently located - quite close to both Becici and Rafailovici with their long good beach, and to Budva with its infrastructure

We booked HB in advance at Shalom Restaurant located in the hotel. I would like to emphasize that the management is by the hotel and the kosher certification and religious supervision is the responsibility of Chabad 24/7

We encountered technical problems in the room that were not the hotel's fault but due to previous guests. The staff came twice until the issue was handled and resolved to our satisfaction

Quit and peaceful shade(pine forest) with pools for families with young children. Beach and water are beyond any expectation. All in all we are super satisfied

Sometimes when You are lucky, You came across places and people that make You feel like You belong there. Rivijera has all You need for perfect vacation

Yes some of the breakfast items could have been warmer and sometimes some of the fish and meat at dinner was a little dry but overall it was excellent. You also had access to free coffee at dinner

We stayed at Hotel Ami as part of a Riviera Travel Tour. Our room was on the second floor facing the sea. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The bed was a massive queen size and very comfortable

The hotel is located a short 5/10 minute walk from a small beach promenade. This had plenty of restaurants, bars, ice cream vendors. Next door to the hotel is a small supermarket and a local daily fruit market

The service from all staff was excellent and the meals had a choice for everyone. It is difficult to fault the hotel and the excellent guitar player playing easy listening music in the evenings an added bonus

There is a larger supermarket just 10 minutes walk away. A couple of minutes walk from the hotel is a bus stop, serving Budva and Kotor, next to the bus stop is a tourist information centre

My room, although at the rear of the Hotel was a nice size and well appointed, it had a balcony and had excellent views of the mountain range behind the town

We stayed 4 nights bed and breakfast. The hotel is modern and clean. The service is very good and the pool area is nice. Location is also excellent very close to two beaches

The night receptionist guy - I unfortunately don’t remember his meme -but the one getting married in the fall - for taking his time late hours 23:00 to talk to me about the country what to visit and share traveling and culture stories - that means a lot to me as a solo traveler THANK YOU

All the personal in this hotel made the visit super, the cleaners was very nice and sweet, and the guys who worked in the reception made our stay feel personal and we felt very welcome! If we ever had questions they gladly answered

Breakfast every day was excellent with a range of cheeses, meat and fruit. They also make fresh egg or omelette to order. However, The bar was not open during the day so couldn't buy refreshments when it was hot

Also, there was no water at breakfast. The room information also suggests underground parking is free of charge to hotel guests however we were informed it was €10 per night, so we parked elsewhere

We asked for more as we are two people staying in one room they said we don't give out tea and coffee. This is the first time I have been to a hotel that doesn't provide tea and coffee in rooms

We stayed at Hotel Budva from the 27th June to 4th July. The hotel location is excellent for access to the beach front and old town

The only saving grace were the staff at the pool bar who provided some of the friendliest and most attentive service I’ve ever experienced. They alone boosted the rating from a 2* to a 3*

Very close to the apartment there is a shop where you can buy everything you need. We came with 2 small children, so the pools that the Resort has were a real hit

Our apartment faced a courtyard with a large swimming pool, so we had to blackmail the children into going to the beach. The resort also has a small restaurant with very tasty food (pizzas, pasta, homemade breakfast

We spent a week with 2 kids,9 and 12. The resort has it's own parking with is great as this is an issue with parking in Budva. The kids wouldn't leave the on-site pool :-) The staff is great and always ready to help

Spa Resort Becici provided a wonderful 5 star service. The apartments were clean and comfortable. The restaurant and both swimming pools were very relaxing (one of the pools has a great view out to the sea)

I travelled here to spend my birthday weekend. My sister had booked me a luxury apartment but it didn’t have a sea view. Lily was so sweet she specially gave me one with the sea view because it was my birthday

The hotels restaurant met all our dietary requirements and even allowed for certain dinner requests outside of the menu, one staff member who was particularly helpful was Milorad

They were very patient with our requests and we couldn’t ask for more, the hotel was above and beyond our expectations and we couldn’t ask for more!

The location itself was very peaceful and the added spa with optional treatments allowed for a very tranquil experience

So if you hesitate booking, just go for it until you can, I guess it will be popular and not that much available
