Studio Apartman Ilija in Budva

We stayed in this accommodation for 7 nights, it is good, comfortable, has a large space and is equipped with everything you need. It is clean, there are no unpleasant odors. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong.
The view from the terrace is indescribably beautiful.
The hosts, Arina and her husband with a small baby, delighted us with a nice gesture, they saw that it was my birthday and came to congratulate me with chocolate and a bottle of wine. They made my day 🥰
We are definitely coming back here at least once.

Jaz beach is 5 minutes away by car, parking is free. The right part of the beach is ideal for families with small children.

I recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants a vacation in the true sense of the word.

The rooms are cozy. Everything is there. The view of the bay is stunning. I'll be back. There's private parking. There's no city noise. It's better to have a car to get to the beach or neighboring towns. But if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place.

We stayed here twice, for a long time, and would love to stay again. A wonderful place, postcard-perfect views, incredibly welcoming hosts. Of course, you need a car, or better yet, a motorcycle; as everywhere in the coastal Czech Republic, the roads are winding in all directions; it's a bit of a walk, but a stone's throw away on wheels. Budva, Petrovac to the left, sandy and rocky beaches, the junction for Kotor and the bay to the right. Everything is close.

An amazing place with breathtaking views, comfortable and well furnished apartments, pleasant atmosphere. And what is the most fabulous thing is that owners are extremely polite, hospitable, helpful, and pleasant people!!
To be honest, Vila Tortuga was an amazing and unexpected discovery for me and my family! Really enjoyed!

The place I will visit the next vacation for sure!

Amazing view from the balcony.

We live next door and it is very pleasant to walk past a well-kept hotel. Friendly staff. I recommend!

The panorama is very beautiful, a perfect sea experience. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. The hosts are kind and helpful. Language: English, Russian. Budva 5 minutes by car. 3 beaches are also within reach. Parking is a bit difficult, but this is common in the Mediterranean. I've reached the end! 😎😁

Clean, comfortable, there is everything you need for living: dishes, washing machine, air conditioner, hairdryer, iron, etc., a lot of towels, even beach towels.
Hospitable, helpful hosts who will help with everything, answer all questions, meet you at the airport, and help with car rental. And it is better to heed the advice, they were very useful to us)))
A car is needed, since the villa is on a hill, it's still hard to walk on foot. But this is all offset by the view from the balcony! All photos correspond to reality.
It takes 7 minutes to get to Jaz beach by car, 5 minutes to the supermarket, 20-25 minutes to Kotor (if no traffic jams), 10 minutes to the old town of Budva.
Would you stay here again? - yes, definitely!
