Hotels in Sveti Stefan

Nestled between the Adriatic Sea and the rugged Montenegrin mountains, Hotel California by Aycon offers a five-star experience that’s as scenic as it is serene. From the moment you arrive, the panoramic views of the iconic Sveti Stefan island take center stage—especially if you book a sea-facing room. The hotel’s private beach is just steps away, complete with complimentary loungers and umbrellas,...

This hotel have the best view in all Montenegro ! Amazing Hotel , perfect staff! And Big respect for both boys from India who stay to the beach area. They are very friendly Totally recommended this amazing Hotel

Wonderful hotel with a superb view over Sveti Stefan. Attentive staff. Rooms with balconies overlooking the sea. Good breakfast. The beach in front has umbrellas and sunbeds provided by the hotel free of charge. I would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be to pay a bit more attention to the beach towels, as they are already a little worn out — which doesn’t look so good for a 5...

A magnificent hotel with stunning views of St. Stephen Island. We stayed in a room with a terrace. The hotel has its own free parking. The breakfast at the hotel deserves top marks. You can rent a SUP from the hotel beach for 10 euros and swim to the island. Sun loungers and beach towels are also free.

We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel in May. Miliana, who checked us in, was terrific and extremely welcoming and friendly. After chatting with her for a few minutes, learned she briefly lived in the state I am from so that was a fun conversation. The room, while a little small for three of us, was very comfortable, modern, and clean. We don't spend that much time in our room while traveling...

I would definitely stay here again and honestly recommend this experience to others. The view is stunning; the service is commendable. I genuinely have nothing but good things to say; I wish I had stayed here longer.

Unforgettable experience. Epic stay. Would highly recommend.

Cozy hotel with a nice view and balcony. Staff really nice. Room was cleaned only once in three days though.

Perfect week A wonderful week with outstanding service. The breakfast included everything we never left the table hungry, yoghurt, meat/cheese, eggs, variable of fresh fruit, juice… and always served with a smile! We we’ll be back when in Montenegro! ❤️

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Azimut! Cozy, clean, great views, and close to the beach. Huge thanks to Dali and Marco for all their help – awesome hosts!

Thank you, Marco for extending such a wonderful welcome and stay while in Montenegro. Love the breakfast. Could eat it every day.

Best staff ever This hotel was probably amazing about 10 years ago. No spa, no pool, no sun beds. Amazing people working there. But would not go back. Sorry, loved the staff, not worth it. Do hotell California insted. Probly what this was.

My stay was incredible, it's my first time in Montenegro and I'll definitely be back. The welcome was top-notch, especially from Ranka – she's adorable! I came for my birthday, and she arranged so many thoughtful details for me. The hotel's view is magnificent, the guests are also lovely, and all the staff are fantastic!

A clean and cozy hotel with a convenient location, friendly staff, and excellent value for money.

Beautiful hotel with a stunning view and stylish, well-designed rooms. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfasts were delicious. Our TV wasn’t working at first, but it was replaced immediately. For a birthday, we were pleasantly surprised with a slice of cake and a complimentary spa treatment for two. A very thoughtful and enjoyable stay!

This a great hotel, we had a lovely stay here. We unfortunately arrived a few hours later than planned but the staff were kind enough to wait for us at reception. They were even kind enough to provide late checkout and even the option to extend our stay if needed. The rooms are clean and cosy, the spa and massages are relaxing. The staff go the extra mile here. We would recommend staying here.

I had an absolutely incredible holiday at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a treat. The swimming pool was stunning - perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. But what really made my stay special was the incredible attention to detail, particularly with the birthday preparations for my room. The touches they added were beyond beautiful and truly made the day unforgettable...

A great boutique hotel. The staff is highly professional and kind. The rooms are clean, new, with a great view. The infinity pool is amazing and perfect both for a relaxing day and for an afternoon drink. The location is comfortable right outside of bodova. Highly recommend

What stood out most was the unique character of the property, combining modern amenities with authentic charm. The public spaces invited conversation and relaxation, while the peaceful surroundings created an oasis of calm. The staff's local knowledge and personalized recommendations added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay, making us feel like we were experiencing something truly special.

Sometimes luxury isn't about opulence, but about getting everything just right. That's what they've achieved here. The beds are perfectly comfortable, the lighting is thoughtfully planned, and the staff strikes that ideal balance between attentiveness and giving you space. The cleanliness is impeccable, and there's an overall sense of careful consideration in every aspect

The level of professionalism here sets a new standard. Every interaction felt genuine and warm, while maintaining absolute professionalism. The property's design creates an immediate sense of calm and luxury, with public spaces that invite both socializing and peaceful reflection. The rooms are havens of tranquility, with beds that make you question ever leaving. The attention to detail in every aspect...

This wellness-focused retreat was exactly what I needed to recharge and reset. The serene atmosphere and calming decor immediately put me at ease. The daily yoga and meditation classes, coupled with nourishing spa treatments, worked wonders for my stress levels. The health-conscious restaurant served delicious meals that left me feeling energized. I left feeling renewed, w

yo, fellow night owls! finally found a hotel that gets us. this place is alive 24/7! couldn't sleep at 3am? no problem, hit the gym or grab a snack at the all-night cafe. the staff were always perky, no matter what time it was. our room had these amazing blackout curtains so we could sleep in till whenever. they even have a 'quiet floor' for those who crash early. whether you're jet-lagged, working...

If you're looking for a hotel that goes the extra mile, look no further! From the seamless check-in process to the thoughtful amenities in the room, every aspect of our stay was carefully considered. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the pool area was a tranquil oasis. We left feeling refreshed and pampered.

Gorgeous views of Sveti Stefan island, lovely large room with balcony, and exceptional service with a smile from Arian. Our room was large, the bathroom was lovely, and even though the hotel is on a fairly major road, it was very quiet. We stopped for just one night, and loved this little spot for the views it gave of the famous Sveti Stefan island, as well as the quiet little streets below the hotel...

The hotel is in a decent location with an utterly fascinating view. The rooms were clean, and room service was nice. However, the hotel staff appeared to be consistently unhappy and unapproachable. When we asked the receptionist questions, he didn't make eye contact. On our last night, I asked him a couple of questions, but he didn’t respond. When I inquired about placing an order, he grimaced and...

A group of 32 people had accommodation in this hotel. All conditions were fantastic. The rooms are very nice, bathes large, quality towels. All rooms have sea view. The panorama is great. The hotel is in Svei Stephan but in very convenient to arrive in Budva by a minibus(local company). Good services, nice team. But, I think that some of them could pay moe atention to customer care.

Nice coffee, Turkish style, although a little large for me. Still very nice staff. Great location.

Best view from a hotel room I've had. Not far from the beach which is also best beach I have been in for scenery and such clear water. Staff really friendly and helpful, they arranged to collect us from Virpazar for a reasonable fee. They allowed us to check in early and check out late. The room was a little worn in places such as the floors and a cracked glass panel. But I think the price is very...

Hotel Adrović: Where stunning views, pristine rooms, and a fantastic service team collide to create an unforgettable stay! The hotel surpassed all expectations with its outstanding features. The location is prime, offering panoramic views that are simply spectacular and make every moment feel special ✨ The cleanliness throughout the hotel is meticulous, creating a refreshing and comfortable atmosphere...

Lovely location , amenities and service

The staff were so lovely and friendly and nothing was a problem. Vladimir was a wonderful driver and escort to dinner! Great restaurant recommendations and breakfast on the terrace was amazing - recommend the delicious Shashuka. The pool is a lovely peaceful retreat from the busy beach area, much preferred relaxing here. A couple of very friendly cats live in the area - buy some food from the local...

A Hidden Gem of Luxury and Serenity in Montenegro* Staying at *Villa Geba* was an unforgettable experience that perfectly balanced luxury, tranquility, and personalized service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine sense of care that set the tone for our entire stay. The VILLA itself is a masterpiece of design, blending modern elegance with touches of Montenegrin...

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about Villa Geba. Our room was gorgeous, the spa facility is luxurious and the service and staff are out of this world! We only stayed one night but wish we would have stayed much longer.

One of the most beautiful boutique hotels we have ever stayed in! A true luxurious gem. It was an honour to host our wedding party here and we could not speak more highly of the staff and the quality of the service. A huge shoutout to Milica, Ana, Božidar and the other amazing team members who went above and beyond to make our stay and wedding day extra special. The food is fantastic, the rooms are...

One of the best ever I travel quite a bit internationally. I’ve stayed at many 5* hotels. This is one of the most memorable. The boutique nature of it means every guest is ensured a personalized experience. The staff is incredible. The room was amazing. The spa is spectacular. The restaurant menu is superb. And the views…!!!

So lovely hotel! Thanks to Diana and her family for pleasant holidays. Everything was good and comfortable, we had cozy room with huge balcony! In the common area there were comfortable lounge chairs to see spectacular sunsets every evenings. Best view to Sveti Stefan island. Near the Monte Perla residence there is one of the quickest way to the beaches and very convenient location to the bus stop...

I give this hotel my biggest recommendations. Definitely value for money! We booked a room with a big balcony with shadow and this beautiful view over Sveti Stefan, Budva in the distance, and sunsets behind the mountains. The room was clean and optional room service was provided. The location is great! Sveti Stefan is a lot more calm and peaceful than Budva and Kotor, which is very crowded and touristy...

We had an amazing stay at Monte Perla, definitely worth 5 stars and a big recommendation! The rooms are nice and clean as well as the pool area, which also has a stunning view. The view from our balcony was also incredible - as shown on the picture in the evening, and we spend all our mornings and evening there enjoying the landscape. The hotel hostess also deserves 5 stars; she’s a very kind and...

Some minor repairs needed which i am.sure the lovely ownsers will sort out. Otherwise lovely location, really helpful kind staff, we had a lovely stay

Beautiful place We can definitely recommend Monte Perla Residence. The place is spotlessly clean and the people who run the place are very nice and helpful. We stayed at the top with a balcony facing the sea and had a fantastic view. The balcony is covered, so there is mostly shade there. The hotel has a terrace with a small pool you can dip in and some sun loungers. Right next to the hotel there...

View from the upper rooms is amazing. Clean. There is a nice cafe near by, also it takes just a few minutes to get down to the beach just by Saint Stefan’s island. The owners are very nice family, speaking English. Private parking and wi-fi also available.

The kitchen was well equipped, the balcony and the view was excellent. The bathroom was small and quite old and used. The lady at the reception was nice and kind and the owner was tolarent to our unexpected delay of check in.

This place was just ok. It’s fairly run down, communication with hotel was nonaexistent, and parking was practically impossible. Pretty area though, and cool little village in the hills.

The parking information is a lie - there's nowhere to park near the hotel. The floor in the room was really dirty, we couldn't even wash our socks. 😂 The staff is generally friendly, but they speak broken English, with mistakes, and it's sometimes impossible to understand. There's no shampoo or shower gel in the room, and the hotel doesn't provide beach towels. The beach is a 10-minute walk down...

The location of the place is exquisite! It has options of 100 euro beach bed at the California Inn, or 20 euro beach beds at the Medusa Beach or for FREE with no beds at Sveti Stefan with a pepple beach that is super! There are restaurants around, I would highly recommend Pampur (small menu, open kitchen, fresh and tasty, great prices) The apartment itself is fair to good. It has a lot of random...

Right in the middle of everything We had trouble with communication checking in with Radmilla. Part of it was my fault (I don't speak Serbian, and it is their country +it was a last minute booking for us). When I was face to face with Radmilla, her English was great. The apartment was fine, and spacious enough for 6 of us. Vela, who I believe works for Radmilla, was an absolute gem. She had zero...

The outside of this appartmentcomplex is very nice. Lots of flowers. Only because of the moist from watering the plants lots of musquitos. Rooms are very dated. The shower was more than 20 years old. It was a spa shower. But most of the functions were not working anymore. Very dangerous step down before entering the bathroom. Rooms not very spacious. And everything thats inside the rooms is dated....

We had a wonderful stay here! Vaso and his family were very welcoming and cheerful. The room was great and we had an incredible view. It is very quiet & peaceful and the 2 pools were the best place to spend the afternoons. They serve a good breakfast at a reasonable price. We highly recommend Harmonie as a beautiful vacation spot.

5⭐️’s from us ❤️! Our family of 5 absolutely loved our stay here! A haven of peace & tranquility with stunning views, 2 fabulous pools, comfortable bungalows & to top it off the family owners & their staff are fantastic! I would highly recommend.. thank you so much, we will be back!

We loved the pools and location of this apartment. We had a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and Sveti Stefan. The apartment was clean. Beware - lots of steps but it adds to the beauty of the setting. All the staff and owner, Vaso were friendly. Perhaps there could have been more cutlery and plates. But otherwise - perfect.

We stayed in a bungalow here for one night as I had mixed up our dates on our other bookings but we were really glad we came here. We arrived at 11 and our room was ready despite us arriving several hours before check-in. The room was great with a really comfortable bed and a very large bathroom. We appreciated the kitchenette and patio outside. The infinity pool was amazing and the restaurant 100...

Pearl closed between the mountains and the sea ? fantastic view, quiet location, Close to major cities, entertainment and sightseeing, good transport ?wonderful people ?

The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff clean the rooms and change the towels regularly. The hosts are very friendly and always at your service. Any recommendation from our side. We will come again 🙂

It is a nice place we can enjoy beach ,it is also near Budva.

Nice apartment for short stay. Owner is very nice and helpful.

The most exceptional stay during our road trip in Montenegro. The host was great, they allowed us to check in later in the evening when we realized we were late. Beautiful view from the room, clean and cozy, and great coffee.

This place is amazing ! The views are breathtaking, the building is beautiful, the rooms are nice, the staff is super nice and helpful, we loved our stay here and absolutely recommend ! You need a car but anyway you will need to drive in order to have an interesting trip in Montenegro.

The host is lovely, helpful and very social, kinda making it like being hosted by friends. The rooms were very nice with private bathrooms, and squeaky clean, which is the most important. Just note there is no ac, only ventilator. The place is up in the mountain so it's not too hot during the night. The hotel is nice, and made of stone. They offer breakfast for 8 euros per person, with buffet (salami...

Nice location and view and the people are friendly

We are from Kharkov, Ukraine, celebrating our honeymoon and traveling in Montenegro. We booked a convertible and are driving around the country. We stopped in the mountains and checked into this hotel. The nature, air, countryside lifestyle, similar to our dacha villages with the authentic style of decoration. Very polite and sociable owner, friendly staff, delicious food. We liked it very much, thank...

Nice people renting nice apartments. Very good value. Very beautiful surroundings and rooms. Propably the best value for the money during our trip in Montenegro.

+: Close to the beach, with many beaches nearby, a kiosk, and restaurants. Parking is available in front of the building for an extra charge. Excellent bus connections to Budva. -: There are many privately owned beaches in the direction of Budva. This doesn't directly affect the accommodation, but it's a general issue in the area.

The hosts are very kind and nice, the accommodation is cozy and beautiful, but they should work on the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Amazing apartments! Hospitable hosts. Convenient location - near the beach, shops, restaurant. There is parking. The place is very quiet, you can't hear your neighbors. There is a mini kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Clean, nice and beautiful views

We had a great 3 night stay in early June. I booked directly with Jovan and received excellent service. The sea view top floor apartment was lovely, immaculately clean and with stunning views over Sveti Stefan. Jovan was extremely welcoming and very kindly managed a parking place for us. We enjoyed using the lovely pool which was always quiet. The town beaches were very nice and it was an easy walk...

Nice views. Parking was accommoded but a taxi from a public area would be more convenient.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Absolutely amazing! Super clean as the cleaner cleans everyday, nice pool, great breakfast, good location, bus stop just 5 steps away and the owners were the most accommodating people I have met on a holiday! Super helpful with all of our queries. Treated like a good friend and not just another customer! I would highly recommend!

Every thing was lovely. Jovan and his family are very nice. I got a sea view room. It was wery clean and tidy. We use the pool every day. Jovan told me that Septembar is the best month to visit Sveti Stefan.
