There are pros and cons. The rooms need a more recent renovation, the bed linen is also not very new, small towels, the TV did not work, but we came to the sea, so we did not pay attention to these shortcomings. The owner was friendly.

Good location is the only plus. If you go there just for an overnight stay, then ok. The villa has a lot of small jambs that can be easily fixed and everything will be ok. First of all it’s location, the view from villa is unbelievable 😍 Celebrated my wedding here and it was the best decision for our intimate wedding.

Beautiful experience to be up in the hill with nobody around you , just you and your peace . The nature and the views are unbelievable. The villa was beautiful even more beautiful than in the photos, surrounded by nature. Inside, the house is very well equipped with all useful utensils The hosts are wonderful people, available and ready to help. We forgot a suitcase and Vladimir helped and followed us in all the steps of the expedition. The villa was certainly an excellent choice, which we would gladly make again.

I had a super stay in the beautiful and well-kept villa Hrarbri Vuk. The host was very friendly and helped us discover the best of the region. The villa is not too far from the beautiful town of Budva, easy to do with a taxi. There is a lot to see in the region, definitely worth a visit.

Wonderful place !!! The hosts are so nice, they take care of the guests. There is free bike for visit the village or the vineyard around. The view is just magic with a perfect swimming-pool ! We stay three nights but it's not enough ;)

Superb 3 bed villa in a great location, the view across the bay is fantastic, and only a short walk to Porto Montenegro. Has everything you need. Beds are huge and comfortable, showers are great. Highly recommend.

It is a charming place, beautifully located. James was very helpful, giving us plenty of advice whenever we needed and helping to organise things. The house is perfect, especially if you enjoy cooking during your holidays and nice walks near the sea. Lovely experience!

Such a beautiful little haven. We had to work temporarily for this week abs the house was well equipped. It also had aircon which was a treat during the hot evenings. There is a church bell right adjacent which rings every half hour but it’s not excessive. The staff were SO helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our additional requests.

Great place we were looking forward to. Unfortunately we had to cancel last minute due to Covid measures. Owner showed flexibility and offered full refund. We'll book when possible again.

We had booked Villa Ruza for 4 weeks in July 2020. Due to the COVID-19 situation we were unable to go, but the owner reached out to us at a very early stage offering a full refund in case we wanted to cancel and leaving the offer open right up to our departure date. That was a great comfort to us, and all in all the owner has been outstanding during the entire process. We will certainly book Villa...

We were unable to visit Villa Ruza this year because of Covid 19 travel restrictions. However, the owner was extremely helpful when we first booked, and very understanding when we had to cancel. We’re looking forward to booking again, and staying when restrictions are lifted.

This was my 2nd time staying at Villa Stari Mlin and I couldn’t recommend it enough! The house is gorgeous and pristine, with the most gorgeous views. The hosts were so accommodating and helpful, and made the experience all the more special.

Our October holiday to Lustica Peninsula was superb. First time to Montenegro. The Villa Stari Mlin was delightful, full of character with beautiful interiors along with the stunning exterior. Views are truly magnificent. Thank you for the wonderful holiday.

We had a small wedding at the Villa. The setting and weather were perfect and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. There are great views from the verandah and by the pool over Lustica Bay.

We had an amazing stay at Villa stari. The house was incredible with fantastic views over the sea, the gardens were also beautiful and well kept. Absolutely recommendable. Let me emphasize, there is also a washing machine, which I believe is one of the most important things for parents with children. We will definitely come back again. There is also parking.

Clean modern apartments with all the conveniences and a friendly/welcoming family acting as hosts. A great choice as a place to stay in the town, and only ten minutes walk to the old town and seafront.

This property was outstanding. We had a mix up with the room I booked which was a deluxe villa but got a basic room. The hosts were really apologetic and should be issuing a refund for the difference. The breakfast was outstanding and its a 10 minute walk to the old town so location could not be better.
