Modern & quiet apartment with friendly and helpful staff who were always on hand to help. The property is kept incredibly clean. The property is tucked away up a small hill and behind a supermarket, which is great for supplies and offers fresh food options for lunches if you're heading out and about. The beach and walk towards the Old town are just across from the roundabout at the bottom of the road...

Nice clean hotel. Bars and shops etc close by. Pleasant walk to Old Town. Quiet nights sleep away from noise . For the price we paid , it wasa bargain stay.

Beautiful little boutique hotel which is very nicely decorated. Only 4 floors, lovely pool and little roof terrace. It has a lift and our standard room had everything you need, hair dryer, kettle, fridge. I would definitely visit again and recommend. No idea why it only currently scored 3.5 out of 5!!!

Beautiful quiet hotel in Budva. The hotel was immaculate, well maintained and very clean! Staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. About half an hour to the old town by walking but super close to the beach and other restaurants/bars. little supermarket right outside for snacks and drinks.

A five star review for this wonderful hotel. From my initial booking, through to my stay,everything was perfect. My room had everything I needed and was exceptionally clean and super modern. Really liked that there was a fridge, and kettle in my room and the balcony was wonderful to sit out on. I also liked how the interior of the hotel was also decorated, and the pool and entrance way so beautifully...

A very good place to stay in Budva, very nice and friendly service, equipment and cleanliness at the highest level, clean pool and quiet pool area, very good location in the town, I recommend buying breakfast vouchers for the modern and trendly restaurant opposite the Casa Mia :)

Beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. To the sea - 8 minutes of leisurely walking in a straight line. The place is quiet and calm. The apartments are large, bright and spacious, furniture and appliances at a high level. The house is new - an elevator, mirrors, intercom and other amenities are present. Recommend!

Nice view from the balcony, walking to the beach is annoying, there is no microwave for convenience, so 3.

The room was very comfortable, with a small kitchen and nice bathroom with a big shower. The bed was really comfy and we had a nice terrace. Parking place available at place - a must have in Budva; we were sure that our car is safe and sound there. Also, Wi-Fi was working flawlessly! There even was an elevator, so you don’t have to walk up the 3rd floor. A big supermarket is just next to the apartment

A very decent place! Located in a quiet area of Budva. To the sea about 5 minutes at a leisurely pace. Nearby there is a large store, a grill, a tour agency, small cafes, fruit stalls, in general, everything you need for a quiet life :) lived in 2 rooms because ours was released a little later, we learned about this at home. The rooms themselves are small but cozy and clean. Garbage was taken out...

In general, everything is fine, the sea is close, from the second floor the views are beautiful - the sea, the mountains, all of Budva are in full view. In a minute of walking there is a good dining room, a megastore, a bar, a pizzeria. Of the minuses - very bad internet, speed is close to zero. If you sleep with the windows open, the noise of the condes of the megastore interferes.

Thank you very much to the lovely receptionist for arranging a second room for my friends when the hotel was fully booked. Great service and communication!

I liked this place. Everything was good about it. The only thing the sheets haven’t been changed once within 5 days of our stay and also guests don’t follow pool rules, they bring food and glass bottles, making mess and leave it this way, but staff don’t seem to care about it.

We had an amazing 4-night stay at ApartHotel Belvedere Residence as a couple, and it truly made our visit to Budva memorable. We booked a sea view room with a terrace, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the setup. The room was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen, cookware, and even a washing machine, which made it feel like...

Great view, well designed room, amazing experience.

Big room, have everything you need. Our apartment was on 0 floor, with easy access to the pool from balcony. Sea could be closer, it will take like 10 minutes to reach it. Wifi is ok, sometimes lost connection by the pool, but it was working perfect in room.

Spotlessly clean and very well kept accommodation. Pool area beautiful with a fantastic view of the mountains and sea. Reception staff and cleaners lovely. There is no restaurant on site which is a shame. Having somewhere on hand to grab a drink or something to eat would of made the stay even better. This Aparthotel is not suitable for people with walking difficulties due to the amount of steps...

Everything was superlative! I highly recommend it! Excellent location, clean and spacious apartment...easy access to the beach, very clean and well-kept pool! A plus for the girl at the reception who was very kind and waited for us until 23:30 PM so we could check in.

The room itself was great, the staff super friendly. Pool amazing. The views amazing. The bed super comfy. Balcony was good view was very pretty.Easy access to the beach. However the bathroom smelled horribly of drains ( not sure if its because of the heatwave). We appreciated all the shower gels and shampoos. Parking very limited.My only con of the villa is the access to it. You need to access it...

I higly recommend this place ! Great area, very close to the beach. 10 minutes to Budva by car. About Villa I can say only good words, our host Katharina is very kind and helpful person. Rooms are big, with all conveniences. Great swimming pool for childrens and adults. It waspleasure to spend our holidays here.

Strongly recommended for family holidays. We were at Villa Allende from 3 till 16 June. Everything was cool. The kitchen facility is well-equipped. The apartment was cleaned every day. The pool area is good for little kids and older ones. The water is clean. The sun beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly, if you have any questions, they help you immediately. We are planning to spend our next holidays...

We rested in an apartment with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The view is just great! The room is clean, daily cleaning is carried out, the entire territory is guarded. To the sea 2 minutes. Excellent location. Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice pools. We particularly enjoyed the smaller pool, as it was nice and quiet, and the kids could swim on their own. Good shop nearby for groceries and we had a few meals in a local restaurant, which was within 10 minutes walk - nice balkan food and good value.

Great value for money Great value for money and apartments where you find everything you need. The staff was helpful, especially helped with airport transfer. Location is great, just be prepared for a work out when going up the hill.

It is very clean, but the location is not the best

I will recommend this place for everyone, the owners are so kind and nice and rooms are so clean, there is also the beautiful view to the sea and city. Food is nice too garden is also cool, flowers are everywhere and everything smells soo nice and everything is so colourful amd completely NICE. I really love those people and you have to visit their apartments you will not regret it I promise.

All recommendations for this apartment. We stayed here for 5 days and everything was great. They changed the towels every day and cleaned the apartment. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the closest beach.

Good location. The apartments correspond to the description, pictures and price on booking. Friendly hosts, always responsive to requests and comments. I will definitely return to them.

Great apartment with sea views. Helpful staff and the owner in particular. Of the minuses - the wait staff doesn't know either Russian or English, but if you need something - always help, the main gesture to show :)

This apartment has everything I needed to be comfortable for 3 weeks. I especially liked the large terrace with a big couch and a great view of the mountains and the sea. It is a short walk to the beach, down a hill, and less than 10 minutes drive to many restaurants, shopping and other beaches. The staff who helped me were professional as well as pleasant and helpful.

Apsolute positive, service is great. Parking was provided. Apartman was also great, clean, spacy.

Bad Restaurant, not fresh food sometimes, My son was in hospital about intoxication from pool or food.

We have stayed here for one week. The apartment was very modern and clean and huge. Unfortunetly the balcony wasnt good to sit out. It was surrounded by other houses. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best was the pool in this apartment. Never was cowded and its a children magnet. Not so far from the beach and a big IDEA shop is not so far from the apartment. Everythig was new and luxury...

Great expirience, the internet was abit down due to tech difficulty all around budva but still no need for net when you got an amazing apartment to make up for it!
