Beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. To the sea - 8 minutes of leisurely walking in a straight line. The place is quiet and calm. The apartments are large, bright and spacious, furniture and appliances at a high level. The house is new - an elevator, mirrors, intercom and other amenities are present. Recommend!

I liked this place. Everything was good about it. The only thing the sheets haven’t been changed once within 5 days of our stay and also guests don’t follow pool rules, they bring food and glass bottles, making mess and leave it this way, but staff don’t seem to care about it.

Big room, have everything you need. Our apartment was on 0 floor, with easy access to the pool from balcony. Sea could be closer, it will take like 10 minutes to reach it. Wifi is ok, sometimes lost connection by the pool, but it was working perfect in room.

Spotlessly clean and very well kept accommodation. Pool area beautiful with a fantastic view of the mountains and sea. Reception staff and cleaners lovely. There is no restaurant on site which is a shame. Having somewhere on hand to grab a drink or something to eat would of made the stay even better. Modern & quiet apartment with friendly and helpful staff who were always on hand to help. The property is kept incredibly clean. The property is tucked away up a small hill and behind a supermarket, which is great for supplies and offers fresh food options for lunches if you're heading out and about. Beautiful little boutique hotel which is very nicely decorated. Only 4 floors, lovely pool and little roof terrace. It has a lift and our standard room had everything you need, hair dryer, kettle, fridge. I would definitely visit again and recommend. No idea why it only currently scored 3.5 out of 5!!!

Beautiful quiet hotel in Budva. The hotel was immaculate, well maintained and very clean! Staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. About half an hour to the old town by walking but super close to the beach and other restaurants/bars. little supermarket right outside for snacks and drinks.

Excellent location. Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice pools. We particularly enjoyed the smaller pool, as it was nice and quiet, and the kids could swim on their own. Good shop nearby for groceries and we had a few meals in a local restaurant, which was within 10 minutes walk - nice balkan food and good value.

In general, everything is fine, the sea is close, from the second floor the views are beautiful - the sea, the mountains, all of Budva are in full view. In a minute of walking there is a good dining room, a megastore, a bar, a pizzeria. Of the minuses - very bad internet, speed is close to zero. If you sleep with the windows open, the noise of the condes of the megastore interferes.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best was the pool in this apartment. Never was cowded and its a children magnet.
