Best staff ever This hotel was probably amazing about 10 years ago. No spa, no pool, no sun beds. Amazing people working there. But would not go back. Sorry, loved the staff, not worth it. Do hotell California insted. Probly what this was.

My stay was incredible, it's my first time in Montenegro and I'll definitely be back. The welcome was top-notch, especially from Ranka – she's adorable! Beautiful hotel with a stunning view and stylish, well-designed rooms. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfasts were delicious. Our TV wasn’t working at first, but it was replaced immediately. For a birthday, we were pleasantly surprised with a slice of cake and a complimentary spa treatment for two. A very thoughtful and enjoyable stay!

This a great hotel, we had a lovely stay here. We unfortunately arrived a few hours later than planned but the staff were kind enough to wait for us at reception. They were even kind enough to provide late checkout and even the option to extend our stay if needed. The rooms are clean and cosy, the spa and massages are relaxing. The staff go the extra mile here. We would recommend staying here.

The kitchen was well equipped, the balcony and the view was excellent. The bathroom was small and quite old and used. The lady at the reception was nice and kind and the owner was tolarent to our unexpected delay of check in.

This place was just ok. It’s fairly run down, communication with hotel was nonaexistent, and parking was practically impossible. Pretty area though, and cool little village in the hills.

The parking information is a lie - there's nowhere to park near the hotel. The outside of this appartmentcomplex is very nice. Lots of flowers. Only because of the moist from watering the plants lots of musquitos. Rooms are very dated. The shower was more than 20 years old. It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. A good experience I can strongly recommend this place. The family that has the hotel are really nice and helpful! They made our trip into an excellent experience. When we came to the guest house, we were supposed to be in a hotel room, however they explained to us that there were some problems with water in that room and therefore we can stay in one of apartments that they use for housing as well. The room we got was with the Best view. Great service. Breakfast was too good.. Only drawback was they did not offer us a heads up that hotel parking will cost us extra. We stayed at La MER in August 2024. The stay was excellent, the room was clean, everything worked perfectly except the air conditioning. Michelle and I stayed in Hotel La Mer from the 12th to the 18th September 2024. The hotel is close to all amenities - beach, shops and sea. We were looked after very well, given excellent information re coastal walk to Sveti Stefan and Budva, daytrips and restaurants. Nice clean room, perfect breakfast, and everything is close. I was staying with my family and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely can recommend for families and couples for a nice time. I will be visiting soon on business alone and I'm staying here for sure.

Lovely hotel overall. The rooms were clean and room service came in everyday. The hotel is so close to the beach you only need to walk 50m to get to the water. Staff was friendly and accomodating; made my birthday feel special. It's close to other restaurants and a 15 mins drive from the Old Town.

The rooms are quite small and the bathrooms have not been well maintained which have signs of mold. The restaurant food was average.

Beautiful room with stunning sea view. The hotel is lovely - new, clean, good small spa and breakfast buffet very good. BUT, the balcony was rarely usable due to the building works on all around the hotel all day and by next year the view will be much reduced. Such a shame.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Katamare! The accommodation was spotless and comfy, the breakfast buffet was huge and delicious with great variety, and the Budva location couldn’t be better. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the spa was pristine, relaxing, and such a treat. Amazing facility and beach access, next to Budva, without the fuss of Budva.

I liked this place. Everything was good about it. The only thing the sheets haven’t been changed once within 5 days of our stay and also guests don’t follow pool rules, they bring food and glass bottles, making mess and leave it this way, but staff don’t seem to care about it.

Big room, have everything you need. Our apartment was on 0 floor, with easy access to the pool from balcony. Sea could be closer, it will take like 10 minutes to reach it. Wifi is ok, sometimes lost connection by the pool, but it was working perfect in room.

I stayed here with my family in a corner apartment a few weeks ago and it was phenomenal. The views alone will keep me coming back yearly. The apartment was large, with a full modern kitchen, beautiful white Italian furniture and a wrap around balcony with full beach and mountain views. I can’t wait to come back next year!

Nice, spacious, clean apartments, beautiful view. Breakfasts seemed a bit monotonous, but tasty anyway. Plus the stuff is extremely friendly and easy-going, so it was a pleasure to come to breakfast every morning. Location is a bit difficult as you have to climb up a hill, but - yay fitness! On the other hand, from there it's much closer to the ancient (2000 y.o.!) olive tree, 100% worth seeing.

Big, beautiful hotel just outside Budva. Excellent dinner with lots of variety including canapes fish dishes and fancy desserts. Breakfast included an egg station and a good choice of breads though coffee not great. Rooms large and well appointed also very clean. Would stay here again if visiting Budva. Staff were helpful and spoke good English

Kind and friendly stuff at the Dolce Vita! Very clean place. Comfortable bed and pritty good size of the room and balcony. Ac works perfectly. Wi fi connections was excellent. I stayed with my family, we all like it. very friendly stuff, close to the beach. We liked a lot food and we chileed out every night on the nice terrace which they have. They organised transfer for us from the airport, very very friendly stuff.

Good qualify hotel with great rooms and a beautiful beach. Great hotel location near the main city, but a bit boring for young people.

Love the fact that there are stores and eateries just outside the hotel. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is superb. Full set of choices are available for breakfast. If they have dinner buffet, it's overflowing with food and wine, all inclusive.

This has been a very relaxing stay. Tara Hotel staff are really helpful, attentive and friendly. Our room was clean, well presented, comfortable, with a lovely sea view. We enjoyed the ample choice of tasty food and drinks in the restaurant. We would happily return here in future and definitely recommend it.

I give 5 stars only because the front desk main supervisors/managers and staff was great and helpfull. They even gave me back the money that the local post office overcharged me although they did not have to do it and I did not expext them to do it and didn’t even ask to do it.
