It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. There are no shutters on the windows, only thin blinds and curtains so we struggled to keep the apartmemt cool. We had one fan and asked for another but it never came. The balcony is also in full sun all afternoon with no shade so was too hot out there to use until the sun went down.
The kitchen was ok but only a 2 ring hob so not great for any real cooking. Basic pots and pans etc were provided with washing up equipment. Bed seemed brand new but we ended up sleeping on the sofa bed to use the Aircon at night. Sofa bed was actually very comfortable. Bathroom ok, shower was variable in temperature with no hook for shower head.
Beautiful view over the sea and nice pool area with friendly owners and staff. The apartment we had was up quite a few stairs and not by the pool, which wasn't ideal with our little boy so check if this is important for you.
There was a covered parking garage which we got a space in every day, this was great for keeping the car cool. Two restaurants and a small shop within walking distance but everything else will need driving to, traffic was really heavy but we were there in high season.

A good experience
I can strongly recommend this place. The family that has the hotel are really nice and helpful! They made our trip into an excellent experience.
Provided tips on where to go, helped with taxi, rental cars and restaurants.
A very nice and calm area with restaurants and a small store in walking distance.

This accommodation was exactly what we needed to experience the Budva Riviera in an authentic way. A magnificent view, breathtaking sunsets admired from your deckchair at the swimming pool (great for swimming and not just dipping). Not really a bar or restaurant but drinks served by Vaso and his daughter (a little caress in passing for Medo, their super friendly Akita Inu). Simple but qualitative room with kitchenette with a nice terrace (we were lucky enough to have an outdoor lounge). Very good restaurants with views in the immediate vicinity Pastrovica Dvori 50 m away, Bankada down the street, Giardino a stone's throw away... All with superb views. Pretty cove and preserved beaches in the immediate vicinity... What more could you ask for? So great stay!

Spotless apartment and lovely stay
Lovely apartment with perfect views out over the sea. Alao had a lovely pool area which was much needed in the heatwave.
Cleaning staff come in everyday and make a spotless job.
Good communication prior to arriving as it can be a little difficult to find. Be aware its up a steep winding little road and van be found via a big blue sign on the right hand side after a sharp bend.
We stayed 4 nights and had everything we needed. There is only a hob top though, no stove, incase you want to self cater.
Small market on the road leading up that has an ok selection but for a bigger shop you'll need to go in Budva.
Only downside was that the aircon was not very strong and only in the living room.
Would probably usually be ok, but in 39 degrees heatwave we were struggling!! But there was a stand up fan in the bedroom so sleep with that pointing at your face and you'll be ok!

Very good sleep, peace and quiet. 2 swimming pools a plus. On the downside, there is uniform food - breakfast version - only fried, or eggs as an omelette. For 8 days every day. The distance from the sea is a minus, 35 minutes on foot and back to a very large hill. Unless someone has a car, it is 5 minutes away, or you can reach an agreement with the owner's father - Drago - and he will take and drive you to the beach or the hotel at any time for a fee. Everything worth recommending. Only talk in advance about additional costs.

the beaches are very close, it is worth going by car because the return is uphill.

This apartment is a scam. They promise you very nice rooms with a view, air conditioning, kingsize bed and a nice bathroom with large shower.
We got a room with a fan, two dirty beds and a filthy shower with cold water.
The owner takes your passport on arrival and will not return it to you until you pay the entire sum. He became very aggressive as well!
Don't go here!!!!
