So lovely hotel! Thanks to Diana and her family for pleasant holidays. Everything was good and comfortable, we had cozy room with huge balcony! In the common area there were comfortable lounge chairs to see spectacular sunsets every evenings. Best view to Sveti Stefan island. Near the Monte Perla residence there is one of the quickest way to the beaches and very convenient location to the bus stop...

I give this hotel my biggest recommendations. Definitely value for money! We booked a room with a big balcony with shadow and this beautiful view over Sveti Stefan, Budva in the distance, and sunsets behind the mountains. The room was clean and optional room service was provided. The location is great! Sveti Stefan is a lot more calm and peaceful than Budva and Kotor, which is very crowded and touristy...

We had an amazing stay at Monte Perla, definitely worth 5 stars and a big recommendation! The rooms are nice and clean as well as the pool area, which also has a stunning view. Beautiful place We can definitely recommend Monte Perla Residence. The place is spotlessly clean and the people who run the place are very nice and helpful. We stayed at the top with a balcony facing the sea and had a fantastic view. The balcony is covered, so there is mostly shade there. View from the upper rooms is amazing. Clean. There is a nice cafe near by, also it takes just a few minutes to get down to the beach just by Saint Stefan’s island. The owners are very nice family, speaking English. Private parking and wi-fi also available.

It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. There are no shutters on the windows, only thin blinds and curtains so we struggled to keep the apartmemt cool. We had one fan and asked for another but it never came. A good experience I can strongly recommend this place. The family that has the hotel are really nice and helpful! They made our trip into an excellent experience. Provided tips on where to go, helped with taxi, rental cars and restaurants. A very nice and calm area with restaurants and a small store in walking distance.

This accommodation was exactly what we needed to experience the Budva Riviera in an authentic way. We had a great 3 night stay in early June. I booked directly with Jovan and received excellent service. The sea view top floor apartment was lovely, immaculately clean and with stunning views over Sveti Stefan. Jovan was extremely welcoming and very kindly managed a parking place for us. We enjoyed using the lovely pool which was always quiet. The town beaches were very nice and it was an easy walk...

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Absolutely amazing! Super clean as the cleaner cleans everyday, nice pool, great breakfast, good location, bus stop just 5 steps away and the owners were the most accommodating people I have met on a holiday! Super helpful with all of our queries. Treated like a good friend and not just another customer! I would highly recommend!

Every thing was lovely. Jovan and his family are very nice. I got a sea view room. It was wery clean and tidy. We use the pool every day. Jovan told me that Septembar is the best month to visit Sveti Stefan.

I love this family hotel…everything-super!!!

Excellent hotel. Very helpful staff. They explain everything and help with everything. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. A large supermarket is 5 minutes away. Breakfast is quite decent; you won't go hungry. The coffee isn't great, and that's probably the only downside.

Excellent apartments, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view of the sea from the rooms. Accessibility is difficult for those who do not have a car, since the complex is located on a mountain. There is a restaurant in the complex with decent pasta and pizza, at very reasonable prices.

Nice, spacious, clean apartments, beautiful view. Breakfasts seemed a bit monotonous, but tasty anyway. Plus the stuff is extremely friendly and easy-going, so it was a pleasure to come to breakfast every morning. Location is a bit difficult as you have to climb up a hill, but - yay fitness! On the other hand, from there it's much closer to the ancient (2000 y.o.!) olive tree, 100% worth seeing.

Really nice quite place with very friendly people. Will stay here again on my next stay! You need a taxi or car to go the beach but that's all well worth it. Restaurant is also the best I have eaten in Budva.

My reservation was for June 27, but I arrived in the morning on the 28th. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, and I entered the room only at 14:00. However, overall, I really liked the hotel — cozy, clean, and with a great atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located - quite close to both Becici and Rafailovici with their long good beach, and to Budva with its infrastructure. The hotel is very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast in the Benedict cafe, and you can also have a great lunch and dinner there. You need to understand that if you want to swim, you will need to walk about 10 minutes to any beach.

You do need to take a Taxi from the bus station to the hotel. But it was every penny! Located at the peaceful end of the town, and the path along the sea to the old town is a must😊 - beautiful views and great atmosphere. We did have a tech issue with our door key but it was sorted very quickly. The breakfast selections were excellent and at 5 starts’ level of quality👍.

Nice hotel, clean, hospitality is best, owner is too helpfull

The hotel is quite simple but clean. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants, convenient stores and the beach. However the wifi sucks and the cleaning lady really wants to clean everyday, even when you're still in the room which is quite annoying. This could be solved with a "do not disturb" and "please clean room" sign for the door.

Very clean and spacious rooms. The rooms are serviced daily and the inn keepers go beyond their call of duty to tidy up the place. It is conveniently located, next to many stores and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to the bay. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the inn to Budva visitors!

Pretty big space with fully equipped kitchen and sitting area plus a bedroom with very comfortable beds. The only inconvenience was the shower that had the shower head holder at 4 feet level from the floor. Parking space for 3 vehicles. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfection! Villa Velzon has the best staff in all Montenegro. Receptionists, restaurant workers and cleaning ladies were a blast, they made our holidays so special, helped with everything what we needed and set a perfect “holiday mood” from the day we arrived and until we left. We spent a week at Velzon. It’s a great hotel for couples and families. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries. Spacial thanks to Zeljka and Milan for their assistance and for making our stay memorable and enjoyable!

I will give this one a 5/10. The local itself presented nice with both indoor and outdoor places to eat. The food they served on the other hand was no so great. I booked tickets at a villa nearby and the lunch meal was included. They gave us the same taste-less meals almost every day. On one evening, though, we decided to eat at Velzon dinner and, to our surprise, the food was good. One more thing...

Everything is OK, except breakfast. The Swedish table was very scarce, the coffee was just terrible. The taste was like the coffee grounds were boild couple times more, food seemed like leftovers from yesterday. It would have been a lot better if we didint buy included breakfast, instead had bought some pastry from bakery which was downstairs or ate at the next door restaurant. Room was very tidy....
