Parking is right on the main road, making it very dangerous – cars speed by and you have to reverse out blindly. The hotel itself is old and run-down, spread across five floors with no elevator, so it’s not suitable for elderly guests, families with children, or anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast was decent but served as a portion (not buffet), with terrible coffee and only one low-quality juice besides water. Staff are friendly but disorganized, often forgetting orders, and service speed is inconsistent. Our first room smelled strongly of sewage and had no Wi-Fi. After complaining, we were moved to a better room the next day, but it still had major issues: leaking shower, dirty air conditioner, stained walls, broken balcony, and very noisy fridge and boiler. The biggest downside is the access to the beach – more than 200 steep, dirty steps filled with trash, with about 100m of elevation difference. Overall, the hotel is clearly neglected and in urgent need of renovation.

The property is rundown and old, the value for money does not match at all they need to reduce price significantly to match what you get. The surronding is trash and broken things.

Unfortunately, one of your staff yelled at us for taking a photo of the view as he thought we were parked in the guest parking. However, we were NOT parked in the guests parking and therefore there should not have been an issue. When we explained this and walked away, he got rather angry and followed us. Perhaps this place could get some lessons in customer service for their staff. We are not staying at this hotel, however, if we had been, we would have checked out immediately. Absolutely disgraceful.
