Great place to rest, owners kind, house neat

Nice room with a kitchen, great air con, washing machine (which we used free of charge) and a lovely hostess. Room has nice old-style character. Kotor is very small so this is well located within the old town. Wifi not great.

The host were friendly and even let us store our bags there for the day when we went on a boat tour. Location was perfect. Room has a kitchen and washing machine. Wifi was intermittent.

The hosts were great and helpfull, the place is in the middle od old town but without bars on the same street do Hood for sleepong (no noise).

The price is very good considering the performance. You can stop by and relax while walking around the city. I thought it was very good. I recommend it. The views from the window were magnificent, and it was also nice to wake up to the sound of birds in the morning.

The location is great. Cleanliness and service are excellent. Right in the very center of the old city. For non-athletic people and elderly people it may be uncomfortable to go up to the room, the stairs are very steep. Great location, close to grocery stores and restaurants and view from the window was beautiful. We found the bathrooms and shared kitchen wasn't super clean. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience.

Everything was great, even though the toilets were shared, they were very clean, they were constantly cleaned, there was equipment in the kitchen where you could do whatever you wanted. I preferred a private room, but you can also choose dormitories, they take care of cleaning.

I had such a lovely stay. The place is well located making it easier.

The room is very well-designed, spacious, clean and cozy. Their staffs, Ivana and Nicola are very nice and helpful. Ivana helped us to arrange a taxi trip while Nicola helped us handle the heave luggage. Highly recommend!

Got a free room upgrade which I really enjoyed, spacious and tastefully decorated. Came with a thoughtful coffee station and complementary Prosecco :). This accommodation has an amazing view, with the sea right at your doorstep. Loved spending time on the terrace admiring the views. The Vila is beautiful, with comfortable rooms. The pool was a nice addition. Tre Sorelle, a mediaval house, is right next to the accommodations. Plenty of restaurants.nearby. We really liked that part of Kotor.

Breathtaking views, lovely, big clean rooms, amazingly friendly hosts that make you feel at home. Access to kitchen, sauna and gym. Outdoor swimming pool available during summer months. Only negative for us was there wasn't always hot water. We would definitely rebook to stay here again if we ever return to Kotor.

We stayed in the king deluxe room. Breathtaking view from the terrace, sea front. Space for parking for up to three cars. Hosts are super sweet, helpful and responsive when needed. About 45 minutes to 1 hr walk to Kotor downtown. Taxi costs around 5-8 euros per way. Kettle, water and coffee/tea in the room would be good additions. We loved the room and We enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful location, with some very kind and welcoming hosts. Lots of quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the center. Diversified and rich breakfast. I recommend with confidence.

An older but pleasant hotel. The view from the window is beyond compare! There's private parking, which was very convenient for us. The owner is very helpful, always willing to help and give advice. Kotor is a 25-minute walk away, or 6 minutes by car. There's a small local shop right next door, and a larger supermarket is only in Kotor.

We were greeted warmly by kind and helpful people. The location was good. Our room was lovely. Waking up overlooking the sea in Kotor was lovely, but the cold wind while we were there put us off a bit. Still, we had a wonderful time.

Clean and cozy room located in the Muo area of beautiful Kotor, overlooking the town of Kotor just outside the hotel. Everything was perfect; however, there are a few things I hope the owner of this place could rectify: there’s no hook in the bathroom for me to hang my towels and clothes, and no shower gel or shampoo was provided. Beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. To the sea - 8 minutes of leisurely walking in a straight line. The place is quiet and calm. The apartments are large, bright and spacious, furniture and appliances at a high level. The house is new - an elevator, mirrors, intercom and other amenities are present. Recommend!

Excellent apartments, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view of the sea from the rooms. Accessibility is difficult for those who do not have a car, since the complex is located on a mountain. There is a restaurant in the complex with decent pasta and pizza, at very reasonable prices.

Nice, spacious, clean apartments, beautiful view. Breakfasts seemed a bit monotonous, but tasty anyway. Plus the stuff is extremely friendly and easy-going, so it was a pleasure to come to breakfast every morning. Location is a bit difficult as you have to climb up a hill, but - yay fitness! On the other hand, from there it's much closer to the ancient (2000 y.o.!) olive tree, 100% worth seeing.

Excellent hotel. Very helpful staff. They explain everything and help with everything. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. A large supermarket is 5 minutes away. Breakfast is quite decent; you won't go hungry. The coffee isn't great, and that's probably the only downside.

Lovely place with a lovely host! They came through for us when we needed a last minute accommodation. The rooms were clean and had everything you need including a small equipped kitchen with a fridge and hot plate. The view was lovely and the location is nice but a bit far from tourist attractions if you’re here for a short time. Would definitely recommend for a longer stay in Budva!

I was attracted by the burgers on the sign outside but then had a pizza. The pizza was brilliant and big. I really wanted to try the desserts, but I was stuffed. Friendly staff, fast service. Probably be back at some point. €8 for the pizza, €3 for a cider. Very happy.

Very nice garden with olive trees, kind staff and everything what you need in the room. Free parking in the yard. Some of the rooms are with windows at the street and is a little bit noisy.
