TLDR: We found a mouse in the room.
When we first arrived in the room, it was not clean.
It was dusty, there was hair and dirt in the bathroom, empty shampoos and water bottles from previous guests, and there was an unpleasant smell. The beddings, towels, and cabinets all had bad smells.
On our first night, we heard some noises in the kitchen area, only to find out that there was a mouse (!!!!) stuck in the bin.
The son of the owners got it out and told us that it was normal because of the bad sewage system.
We told the owners we wouldn't be staying in the room anymore and that we wanted a full refund.
They refused to give us our money back and wouldn't even compromise on refunding us on the rest of the nights that we booked and won't be staying.
During the arguments, the owner said having mice is not a big deal, then switched to saying that there is no mouse and that they didn't see it,
and at some point, they even accused us of bringing in the mouse ourselves, which was outrageous!
Needless to say, we left the next morning, only because we couldn't find another place for the same night.
It was an extremely unpleasant experience. Do yourself a favor and do NOT book this accommodation.
Hosts aren't nice.
