Hotel Fobra in Podgorica

Dirty room, quite disgusting. The cups in the room were dirty, the edges of the rooms and the ventilation too. The heating in the bathroom did not work.
We had both a stuffed nose because of the dirt (an allergy that we normally don't even notice)

The mattress was comfortable and the breakfast was plenty and well done.

Worst stay ever! Don't book this place!!!

The room was disgusting - please see pictures. As soon as we entered, the lights were not working and kept going. We had to call the receptionist to fix the fuse many times. The toilet was dirty and the towels were also dirty. There was no proper curtain - have a look at the picture. The shower had so much dirt and limescale on it. After speaking to the manager BORIS - he was VERY RUDE and threatening. He said the toilet was clean and denied that it was dirty. He didn't even see it but said it was clean and the receptionist (Yovana who was really nice) agreed that it was dirty too as we called her straight after we checked in. I said we wont stay and wanted a refund or compensation but Boris didnt want to help at all. It was the last room available - room 301! It had many issues! Don't book!!!!!

LOUD BAR JUST ACROSS THE STREET!!! they were blasting music all night and I hardly got any sleep before my flight.
The room was very old, mattress felt very bad and I rolled to a hole in the middle of it. The only good thing in the bathroom was the toilet. Sink was not properly cleaned, shower was moldy, no small mirror (but the handle is there), towel hooks were not properly attached. 2 towels per person, fridge is barely working, AC produces awful rattling noise when working. Shocking experience. But the lady at the reception was nice. Totally NOT worth the price.

this hotel is listed as non-smoking, but the entire hotel and rooms smell of cigarette smoke. if smoke doesn't bother you it's a clean place.

Two days before our arrival, my daughter was hospitalized, so we couldn't travel. Unfortunately, they deducted the full amount from my bill, and we didn't even get a discount out of fairness. I wrote to the hotel, but they didn't respond or take my request into account.
