Our stay was absolutely fantastic, primarily
thanks to the hotel's unbeatable location and the exceptional service we received. Being situated right in the heart of everything made exploring the city incredibly convenient and stress-free. It’s a good location and they were able to organise a airport transfer for us simply. The place was a little run down. There was a hole in one of the bedsheets which exposed the mattress underneath, the window didn’t close so the room was noisy during the night and when we tried to close it the handle came off. There was only one towel in a room for three people. The breakfast was an offering of unrefridgerated cold meats and there was a hair on the bread. Fine for one night but I wouldn’t want to have stayed any longer.

Hit or miss. In our group of eight rooms, one had no toilet seat, one the shower was a wall mounted sprayer next to the toilet, one had empty soap dispensers, none had blankets (just sheets), and other rooms were acceptable and even renovated to nice , although views were over a trashy alley. Breakfast average but acceptable. My guess is we could have done better but the tour company chooses.

Friendly staff. Nice location. Beautifully decorated . My favorite brand products from Rituals in Form of shower gel and hand wash. 24hour reception

Kerber canceled my reservation the night before. They booked another hotel room for me at a different hotel. The room at the hotel was less expensive. I need be be refunded the difference.

I stayed here for only one night - positives were the location is great, front desk staff were nice and it has working AC and hot water. However the hotel was not very clean or well maintained, in particular the door to my room could not even be locked properly as the part of the frame it should have locked into wasn't properly attached

The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. The room was ok (a bit on the smallish side) and the breakfast was quite good. There was a private parking with gates behind the hotel, which was great. Right next to it there is a supermarket, which is useful.

Hotel to avoid categorically. The only strong point is the location. For the rest, it should be closed immediately: rude and uneducated staff, poor breakfast, small, old and shabby rooms, cleaning and towel change not received, hesitant WiFi. Avoid this place at all costs.

The hotel is in a very good location. The staff speaks excellent English. There are many cafes nearby. At first, I was given a dirty room. When checking the room, the girl from the reception honestly admitted that she had not checked the work of the cleaning lady. A cookie for openness. Usually, in such situations, the staff comes up with some kind of nonsense excuse, but here the girl honestly admitted her mistake. Respect for that. Then they gave me another room. It was significantly cleaner, but the stains on the sheets and worn-out towels did not indicate the high standards of cleanliness at this hotel. The friendly dog at the reception was the only positive emotion-causing element.
