Reviews
The room has everything you need: a hairdryer, air conditioning, shampoo, hand cream, soap, a coffee machine, kettle, and refrigerator. The room itself is quite spacious and cozy.
The breakfasts are tasty and filling (even better if it were a buffet), but there's a small drawback – the menu doesn't indicate if a dish contains onions, and they can't remove them (it's best to ask beforehand if you have an allergy).
I didn't like that there's water (a basic hotel amenity) and chips on the table. You might think it's a welcome package, but they actually charge €6 for the chips. And if you don't need cleaning, they won't just give you water; they'll suggest you go to the restaurant.
There's a delicious restaurant downstairs with good service. You can ask for wine glasses for your room there. There's also a nice terrace where you can have wine and relax in the evening.
There's a pool on the top floor, but in April, the terrace was closed and cluttered with laundry and bottles. It's a shame, even if you weren't swimming (though people were already swimming in the sea, it was hot), you could have at least sunbathed.
Initially, I would have returned and recommended this place to friends, if not for the unpleasant experience upon checkout.
The stay was fully paid for on Trip.com (support confirmed that no additional payment was needed), but the manager refused to listen, demanding money for some 'taxes' and declining to even look at the booking.
Also, due to an early checkout, they offer a 'lunch box' instead of breakfast, but in reality, it's just one small sandwich and a banana. It's certainly no match for a proper breakfast. So, don't count on it for breakfast; drinks weren't included either.
The food in the restaurant is very varied and delicious.
The room with the sea view is fantastic. Everything is clean and tidy, the bed and pillows are comfortable.
We are satisfied with every aspect of our stay, all praise and every recommendation!
- Staff was really nice and helpful, you can contact them through WhatsApp and they respond super quickly. They arrange our taxi transfer to the airport
- breakfast was delicious, lots of choices, lots of veggie options
- our room was beautifully decorated, the bed was comfy and the shower had good pressure !
- the location is a short work to Porto Monegro, maybe 10 minutes, which a little beach across the road. A few pubs and restaurants around if you don’t want to go to Porto Monegro or Tivat.
The only little downside we found is that the bathroom was a bit smelly, and it can be a bit noisy. We could hear people talking in the hallway, shutting their door or the cleaner hoovering etc. But nothing that can’t be fixed with a pair of earplugs 😊
We would definitely come back, the rooftop view is stunning and perfect to watch the sunset.
