Hotels in Ulcinj community

Room was basic but clean. No plug sockets for charging so had to unplug TV. Nice balcony space. Breakfast choice was limited. 10 min walk to the beach. Pizza place next door. Bakery next to that was good. Small pool outside, and possible offer to use larger pool 1.5km away. Small shops nearby but closed on Sundays.

I stayed here 2 days and the staff are very communicated,friendly and educated.Rooms and hotel are cery clean.I recommended all people who come in Ulcinj to reservate and stay here!

Very good service and smiley faces with very welcoming attitude. Very good location for Velika Plaza or anywhere else (Ulcinj is very small city with quick access.) However, the price paid for the suit did not quite correspond with what hotel offers. There is no elevator, though the staff are quite helpful to give a Hand with luggage on arrival. Despite, coming up and down though stairs not quite fun...

Clean, but in general nothing special.

Very well placed , the workers are always smiling and make you feel comfortable.

Many things coud and must bee fix,Sometime small things made the difference .Very nice and free parking good food but in the room cleaning forget to put the vacuumcleaner

Everything was fine, but one day our room was not cleaned. And everyday we had to get up at 5am because the hotel is right next to a mosque and they were calling to prayer over loudspeakers.

Florina and her family are wonderful hosts and the place is amazing. Views and breakfast are legendary!!! They went out of their way to take care of us -- our 2 year old got sick while we were there and their concern and care was amazing. Wonderful people and place to stay.

The person at the service desk was very helpful and attentive! Breakfast was good, we were there at the end of summer season so we were almost alone in the Hotel. There was a kitchenette in the room, but no appliances to cook or eat. This is not a problem as there are mant great restaurants close to the hotel. The location and view was fantastic!

Thanks to google and all the people who contributed and continue to write about reviews. I always look at google reviews prior to booking as a key guide. That said: Hotel Zan is by far one of the places I would love to visit again. As we arrived a bit late, around midnight to be exact, we were greeted by the owner himself, Mr. Tony Curanaj. He was very welcoming and made us feel at home in no time...

It was a diffirent experiment. Bcz hotel is in outside the city. You'll go to sea nearly 10mins by foot. Foods are normal. Not good or not bad. But no restaurant around the hotel.

Has a miniscule ants problem and the beds are a bit on the rough side, but overall it's a great place to stay for a few days (around 3-4)

Place is amazing.. The view is a perfect one for a coffee or a morning tea. The service is changed now and refilled with a new waiters and it is a fast service. The coffee itselfs isn't good isn't tasty. Restrooms are new but not so clean.. Everything what this place is for is the amazing view that it has got.

Excellent experience. Very peaceful accommodation. We enjoyed the quite and calmness of the place. There were olive trees all around us. We spend hours sitting under these trees and enjoying together as a family. It's is family run business and the owner is very friendly and humble.

Beautiful place with a wonderful view and friendly personnel. The food was delicious and the tipi sweet. Only bummer was the mattress which had seen better times, maybe back then in Yugoslavia...

Very calm ambiente, nice green spaces with hammock, seating and tables. Separated pool with Seaview. Lovely breakfast Tabele (Buffet) with a wide variety of bakery and vegetables. Tasty dinner on nice terrace for guests possible. Oldest Olive Tree of Montenegro sits on the farm.

Superb. The cottage is enough to relax, very calm and with a unique view. It should be noted that a portion of the road is unpaved. The place is located in the middle of an olive grove. The owner and the lady at the reception are hospitable, even if it rained since the morning they made it possible for us not to leave without having breakfast

It was one of the best staying ever i had 🥰we were there in September The room wasn’t the best but so many other things balanced with it. Location was so great for us for relaxation and nice view. Review for restaurant, we were for a dinner there, ate pizza. It was great, stuff was really friendly. Nice and cozy environment with nice sea front. Recommending it for quick and easy meal.

Overall my experience was very good and any requests were attended to quickly though it is very expensive compared to other locations in the same area. However, I will not stay there again. Property is very near the beach, which is very convenient for families with small children. Property is next to local seaman's mosque, which makes you fell like you are at home. Property is on walking distance from Old Town, and other historical sites, like Pasha's mosque.

Clean, private and the only negative was loud mosque just beside the building woke us up at 4.

The owner provides excellent service and is very easy to reach. No matter at what time of the day there is plenty of parking at least during off season, during peak season it might be different.

Owner was very helpful and attentive. They let me check out 4 hours late. View from the balcony was awesome and it's a short walk down to the beautiful rocky shoreline. Enjoyed my stay!

Very fine views over the trees to the Adriatic. Room spacious and clean with excellent facilities, including a working desk and good wifi. You may get surprised by cleaners as early as 8 am as they either open your door or make horrible noise in the corridor. Just in case you intend to sleep longer.

We had a great time at Hotel Lion, a family of five. Room cleanness, breakfast, pool, young, resourceful and dedicated staff… we will sure be back. Strongly recommended to stay and relax.

We stayed in hotel Lion 3 nights and we were very satisfied. Very friendly and helpful stuff....from reception, room service, waiters. We had a room with wide bed 200 x 200 what is not so usual in this region. Room was clean and cleaned every day. Next summer we have to arrive for more days.... to enjoy the very good hospitality and service of this hotel. I can really recomend.

We had a wonderful weekend in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent, the best pasta with shrimps I have eaten. The view from the restorant is beautiful. They have free parking. The owners and the waiter were very kind. I highly recommend it

I only came for a few hours to use the spa facilities which were excellent along with the entire hotel; fit for royalty! The owner was generous enough to give me a brief tour and should I ever return to Montenegro, will definitely consider this accommodation especially as it’s central.
