Excellent experience. Very peaceful accommodation. We enjoyed the quite and calmness of the place. There were olive trees all around us. We spend hours sitting under these trees and enjoying together as a family. It's is family run business and the owner is very friendly and humble.

Lovely pillows, very clean, attentive staff, awesome view, good brekkie. Stayed 3 nights. The place is well maintained, quite rustic, and all the cabins have an unbelievable view. Food - 8/10 Cabin - 9/10 Staff - 10/10 Price - 9/10 Location - 10/10 Pool - 7/10 Would go back and recommend it.

I can't recommend this place. Maybe for 1-2 day stay it's okey and depends from the room, but if You want stay longer I would choose another option.
Starting with good things:
+the view from the room is really nice
+olive trees gives some magic
+brekfast are rather good

Beautiful place with a wonderful view and friendly personnel. The food was delicious and the tipi sweet. Only bummer was the mattress which had seen better times, maybe back then in Yugoslavia...

Very calm ambiente, nice green spaces with hammock, seating and tables. Separated pool with Seaview.
Lovely breakfast Tabele (Buffet) with a wide variety of bakery and vegetables.
Tasty dinner on nice terrace for guests possible.
Oldest Olive Tree of Montenegro sits on the farm.

Superb. The cottage is enough to relax, very calm and with a unique view. It should be noted that a portion of the road is unpaved. The place is located in the middle of an olive grove. The owner and the lady at the reception are hospitable, even if it rained since the morning they made it possible for us not to leave without having breakfast

Where to start from, let me start from the property itself. We spent 10 magnificent nights here, truly beautiful and relaxing property. Owners will make you feel at home, very welcoming and helpful in case you need something even outside the property.
Breakfast is authentic Montenegrian and it is the best i had for long time from all my previous vacations.
Excellent Fish we had here you will never have it in restaurants all over Montenegro
Property is very well maintained and managed . Swimming pool located on top of the property with magnificent views on Adriatic sea.
From us 10/10 for sure we will visit again this place .
