Guest Houses in Ulcinj community

Clean room on the excellent location, peaciful neighbourhood but close to the main street. The owners are very kind and helpful. Great place for a vacation.

We stayed in Liamra as a family of 3 for almost 15 days with our 2 dogs and we loved it. The hosts and Besa cleaning lady are amazing people. We had arranged a pick uo from Bar train station and it all went very smooth and comfortable. The room we stayed in was recently renovated. We loved the beds and the new shower. Whatever we were missing in the room we got very fast after asking for it. Accommodation...

It was My first time going to Ulcinj and it was good to book a place between the city and the beach because it was 10 min with car on both sides. The apartments were good clean and spacious. It was very nice and we were satisfied with everything especially with the staff and the owners. I sincerely recommend it.

Very good place to spend a nice time on summer vacation.

This place is beautiful. The beach is very close (8 minutes walking), the store is very close (2 minutes walking)... Rooms are great. The hotel hosts are wonderful people. They fully deserve 5 stars.

The host is super helpful and from the beginning of your stay makes sure you feel at home. Bedroom is spacious, with a comfort bed and a large bathroom. In the common area there is a kitchen available for guests to use and from the balcony you can seat and relax while appreciating the sunset. The Villa is close to the city center as well as 2 beaches, being also within a walking distance to Ladies...

Worth any penny. Best view ever in old town in Ulcin. I will go back there for sure. Better then Budva also. Thanks to the owners, they were the best.

A lovely place in the heart of the Old Town. The hostess is sweet, welcoming and helpful. The rooms and bathroom are of an older character, but they are clean and have everything you need. A really nice place for the price.

Very recommendable! Very friendly and accomodating hosts, great views and delicious food! The nicest place we stayed at during our trip through Montenegro.

A very nice place to stay in the Ulcijn old town. It has an incredible sea view. The hosts are very sweet, good and helpful. Rooms and bathroom are clean.

We came here for lunch, the host was wonderfully accommodating and the food was delicious. Would recommend if you’re visiting old town.

The best place I have stayed here in Montenegro. The room was big and clean and the owner and his mom were really nice, which makes the difference. Its walking distance just a little bit hard with no condition from the beach and old town and the room has a good view, plus the owner dropped me to the bus station which was a plus, thank you very much!

Incredible hospitality from Fudo and his whole family. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Lovely views of the bay from your bedroom, warm hospitality and a large comfy room.

We are two female travellers from Germany and we chose this hotel based on a blog post which praised it a lot. I must say, our expectations were even exceeded: Fudo, the owner, even picked us up from the bus station at 9pm and dropped us off there again, at 6.30am in the morning; His parents washed our clothes for us; Fudo gave us countless tips about the town as well as freshly picked fruits from...

Very clean place with amazing hosts. They are very nice and helpful all the time.

Good guest house with marvelous views and very nice rooms. When we arrived, they offered us a cold drink and they were very kind. The owner was fabulous. The house is in 5 min to the old town and 7 min to the beach walking. I will recomend it for sure!

A very very nice apartment in a beautiful house by the sea with a lovely shared balkony with sunset view to the open Adriatic sea.

Very nice and quiet place in the centre of the beautiful old town.

Very nice lady, clean and great room with a sea view. A larger sign to the entrance would be helpful, unfortunately we stumbled through the private living room from behind.

Great accommodation in Ulcijn-Stari grad. Very lovely owner. All is excellent

We did Cooking Class and it was overwelming! Host are exceptional with their friendliness and this is why You'll enjoy Ulcinj when having them on Your "To Do List" in this magical town at Adriatic sea

Stayed in a two bed private room with it's own bathroom. Room is adequate but I had no private balcony and the price was the same for rooms with one, which is disappointing. It's well located, right across from the market for any fruit/veg, and there's also a supermarket next to it. Vera herself is quite cold and generally my interactions with her were unpleasant but her parents are lovely. On the...

The best diner i ever heard can highly recommend it the family was so nice and the food was amazing and cheap!

Everything was perfect, Recommended to everyone.

Had a wonderful stay at Vera's place. She was an excellent host and helped me in every way she can so that I could have a smooth stay. Highly recommended!

Amazing place, nice place to stay

The hotel was nice and the rooms modern. But I can't rate the cleanliness as excellent. There were a few little things that bothered me, e.g. a hair band was still in the shower. I'm sure they cleaned the shower because it looked very clean. But that's still a no-go. Breakfast was very bad! We stayed there for two nights and couldn't have breakfast there on any day because it was very bad.

Amazing Hotel - delicious food, comfortable beds and really nice service. Especially the Managers kid is really smart and goregeous.

Staying at Hotel Platinum was exceptional. All the staff is very hospitable and attentive. Most can even speak German. The hotel room was very clean and had everything you could need. The food in the restaurant far exceeded our expectations. It was the best meal we have ever eaten in Ulcinj. For the excellent service we received, the hotel is really cheap. We felt very comfortable here and will therefore...

I don’t understand why this place has such a high rating. We booked it through Airbnb, and the host was 15–20 minutes late for check-in, so we had to wait after a long and exhausting trip. We were 4 people, but when we arrived there was only one towel in the apartment. We had to ask for more. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, no kitchen towel, only two blankets for four people, and just two...

Good hotel service was perfekt. Beach is around 150/250 meters away.

My wife and I stayed at this property in the middle of April, 2025. We looked for an escape from megapollis and found it here. Blue sea a nice beach just 100 meters away. You can hear the waves and birds, very few people around. The owners - Esma and Adam - are very nice people. New sheets in the bed, small kitchen with all the kitchenware you may need, tea, salt and sugar, teapot. You should be ready...

A wonderful place to stay with stunning views and the sweetest hosts. Go and find peace..

lovely spacious apartment, views of sunset, near quiet beach, quiet despite neighbouring block, a friendly welcome host, I highly recommend

Fantastic place to rest... Friendly and pleasant hosts, clean, tidy, close to the beach, we will come back again...

Location is really nice, the beach and water is close. Apartments are well equipped, rooms are clean. The only downside is that the place requires to go up stairs so it is not for everyone. Overall I really recommend.

Nice, comfortable and clean apartments. Pleasant view of the sea.... Coming again on May 15, 05.2024 is even better than last year's recommendation...

I am delighted with this hotel. Small, quiet, neighbors are not heard at all, perfect soundproofing. All rooms have a sea view. The owner is very polite and sociable, speaks Russian well. They clean the room every day, downstairs there is a good cafe, in a word, super !!!

Amazing experience! Friendly hosts, apartment maintained exquisitely cleaned, very close to the Long beach, lots of nice restaurants and markets nearby

Greath place, VERY clean, close to sandy beach, apartments with beautiful view. Very kind people. We'll be back

We stayed at the apartments last month and were very pleased to be there. The owner and the staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. You really feel yourself at home. The restaurant provides the guests with delicious meals. The villa is clean and comfortable. We highly recommend everyone to stay there! Thanks a lot!

Place with amazing view and very kind staff! They have arranged transfer to the beach which is very useful if you want to spend day or some time at Utjeha beach.

the girls who work in the hotel are very professional, hardworking, kind and beautiful. they played great music! we come here often, we will come again!

clean rooms, friendly hotel staff, nice swimming pool, nice sea view

Wonderful place with wonderful view, but above all wonderful service and pleasant people. We came by car, so had our own transport. However, there is transport 3 times a day to go and come back from the beach. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Cozzy place ; ok for the coast! Good view. Kind service. Good food not pricy! Micro climate: fresh air!

Good price for good quality. Great view for the sea and mountains. Quiet neighbourhood.

Well maintained 3* accommodation for beach lovers who wanted a sea view all mornings and evenings. The flat we stayed at is 1BHK and has secured parking space to park our rental car. Our 2.5 yr old enjoyed the terrace, it was spacious and well cleaned. Kitchen was filled with enough utensils to cook quick meals with induction top and kettle along. Mariano - the person in charge of this place was...

The hosts were amazing! So sweet and always ready to help! The apartment was clean and it was an overall good experience!

We spent 2 weeks at Adriatic Apartment. Perfect location! Almost on the beach you could say! Private parking. Clean and cosy rooms, polite, helpful and friendly staff ready to make sure you have the greatest time. Downstairs they have a market where you can find everything you could possibly need and also a restaurant with very good food and afordable prices. Over our expectations! We hope to come...

The apartment is very spacious. The room is separated from the living room by a door. The AC is on the living room. Good location near the end of the beach. The Wi-Fi is good and there is free parking. The host was super nice. He gave us late check-out and also gifted us two local beers to try. The only down would be that the apartment could use some renovation.

Amazing place! With a great view!

In front of Long beach, reaching by walking the most famous sandy beaches. Very clean, perfect communication with the owner and as well a lot of help with taxis, transfer and general information. There are different food shopping stores near, a pizzeria, some bars and 5min away there is a local market, Lunapark and plenty of restaurants. Very satisfied.

Amazing service :) great price. Very nice place!

Great apartments and good hosts, I hope that we also met expectations as good guests. All recommendations!

The food was really not the best. You could not pick what u wanted for breakfast and had to eat what was served which was always something with tomatoes and cucumbers, so no changes. There was not a single dish for dinner/lunch that I personally liked, you could pick between two dishes everyday and the meat smelled bad. Not to mention, if you wanted a drink to your meal you had to pay extra which...

Our room did not have a Sea view as advertised in the offer, and the A/C is not strong enough for the apartment. The appartment is fully equiped and has comfortable beds. It is very close to the beach and you can have a great walk to Utjeha Plaza for Bars and restaurant.

Nice, modern, well equipped apartments with breathtaking view to the sea. Everything is clean and organized. Also great for children with the pool, trambulin. The breakfast and dinner are delicious and variable. The owners are really nice and helpful, we felt like home! 😀 We spent a wonderful holiday here!🥰😍🤩

Hello, for those who want to know about this location: it's gorgeous! The location is very clean, equipped, overlooking the sea, and all the comforts. The hosts are wonderful people, bouncy and very nice, warm and welcoming. About the food: a delight, two courses every day, of your choice, always different, well cooked, tasty. Course 1, 2 and dessert. We had a wonderful time and will come back with...

Comfortable and well equipped apartments. Very nicely decorated. Nice pool and terrace. Good location close to restaurants and shops. Beach walkable but last 200m up to apartments is a steep road. Owners very hospitable and welcoming. Had a very enjoyable quiet and relaxing stay.

What a wonderful place, Great location, the apartments are really Nice and well equipped, they even had a nescafe machine and grill for sandwitches, my kids were obsessed. Clean and they change the towels often.Pool area is perfec, and the man working at the bar was not only very nice and sweet but kept a watchfull eye on all the kids in the pool, ready to save them if needed. All the staff were so...

This was the perfect stay for our trip to Ulcinj! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed with fresh towels every 2 days :) we also loved the large balcony!! The grounds and gardens are beautiful and the pool was very clean, warm, well kept, and lots of fun :) the owners were nice and welcoming. There are stores and restaurants on the short walk to the beach :) we would love to come...

Very pleasant stay, the rooms are comfortable, beautiful and we had an amazing view of the mountain. The stuff is very nice, it is easy to acces even though is uphill but that is the beauty.

Wonderful hosts and apartments. Many amenities available, like a washing machine, an infinity pool and a bar (latter may not be operational in low traffic like this corona season). Location is close to the Long Beach (only sandy beach in Montenegro) but far from Ulcinj, the nearest city. If you want to come and go to the there, you need a car or a taxi both ways. Downhill are a few places to eat and...

Very comfortable location, spacious rooms with all facilities, room cleaning is made every two days and also fresh towels. Every apartment has its own spacious patio. Pool is not big but it is very comfortable and looks very, very nice. The bar is a nice addition to the pool area and has some good cocktails you can delight with. Panorama is very beatiful, thanks to the high position of the resort and...

This hotel is awesome, their food is so delicious on good location with outstanding service and stuff is really helpful nice and clean hotel. Its on good location they have parking in front of hotel their pools are lovely and 5* stay if you ask me.Totally recommend.Big hello for hotel receptionist Reina and boss of hotel you guys make our stay tremendous!

Pretty good actually, nice rooms, decent view, decent breakfast, easy to get in and out. Negatives - the pool closes quite early, service was a little mixed (we went without soap for the first night, even after asking). But I would go again

Everything was amazing room, food service everything was excellent, 👍

Was in Kasmi hotel was amazing service excellent, breakfast included was amazing, rooms are amazing, all i have to say is the best hotel in Ulcin

Good things: clean room and people who work there, transport to the beach. Bad things: the breakfast was the same every day and not so good, the hotel is located near the street and it was very noisy. The cleaning women worked late at night and in the early morning. Not so good for resting.

This hotel is elegant, comfortable and reasonably priced. We made a last minute reservation here and I’m glad we did. The staff is very friendly, the room is spacious and very clean. In the morning we could eat a very nice breakfast wich was included in the price and the food was fresh. Also the place of the hotel is perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Apartments Eneida was by far the best hotel we stayed at on our trip from Albania thru Montenegro. Everything was simply perfect! The staff were ALL wonderful (owners also very interactive which was impressive), the delicious breakfast w incredible views, the gorgeous pool and bar area, the rooms were super clean and comfy, the location was very quiet but close enough to town to walk and having parking...

Excellent location for relaxing by the sea. The comfort studio apartment we stayed in was really comfortable and came with a great view of the sea and old town across the bay. Breakfast was fantastic and food and drink was fairly priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect, great host, friendly staff, good food, perfectly clean appartment, beautiful view, nice pool, quiet surrounding. Recomendations for all real hedonists. The host and his family were very friendy, made us feel like home. We will be back again for shore.

Don’t think twice. Book this secluded private hotel and enjoy your stay in Ulcinj. Breakfast is included and delicious. Go eat chevapi at restaurant 9 Go eat steak on a sizzling brick at La Tavola and ask for Trapisti cheese potatoes … not French fries. You’ll thank me later.

Stunning in every way! We felt like we were in paradise! The hotel is gorgeous, built on terraces with the sea all around. Swimming in the private beach was terrific. We are 3 dinners at the restaurant and we’re very satisfied with the quality, not to mention the ambiance. The staff was professional in every interaction we had. We stayed 5 nights and didn’t want to leave!

The property is beautiful and peaceful, staff is friendly, and they even make their own olive oil.

Best view in Ulcinj, realy clean apartments,

When we came there, to welcome us was a tall man full of life, enthusiasm and joy. He was so kind. We arrived early, around 9.00, he made us coffee, we sat on his beautiful terrace with sea view. He made sure we will have our room cleaned and ready as fast as possible. We got a room, so clean in every single corner, great design, quiet, big, and it had everything what you need, fridge, stuff for cooking...

Amazing place, great views of the beautiful sea and quiet, relaxing beach. Clean and cozy accommodation , very good food and great breakfast offer. Maki-the host and his family made sure our holiday was one to remember and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend 👍

The accommodation is new and tidy, the hosts kind and friendly. They are located out of town and crowded, so it is a great choice for people who like quiet beaches with less people and amenities.

Very cool and cozy place, friendly staff, not many people on the beach. The hotel is cool. Maki, greetings to you from kumov !!!

Friendly people 😃. Top view from rooms , first line to sea , exellent food

Really nice hotel Looks like family hotel... personal is nice and friendly. Most of all is really clean and you have WiFi free.

Highly recommended! Very clean hotel with great food. The staff were super friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Really enjoyed our stay!

I had a really nice experience here. It was comfy and fancy room and the breakfast was with various options and delicious. The receptionist Hera was so friendly and gave us many valuable advices about the area. I already started planning a new trip!!

The rooms were clean. The staff very polite and food was very tasty. The location was also convenient for going to the beach and the city center. The wifi Internet worked perfectly throughout the facility.

Awesome customer service and support. Great breakfast and nice room. There is a Samsung huge tv attached with great quality. Staffs wise are very friendly and helpful. Provide insights where to go and eat. It was a great pleasure and memorable holiday stay. Yea it is definitely a great stay and safe place with good security 24 hours a day. Thumb up to all staffs’ of Salina Boutique Hotel...

From the very first moment when we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed by friendly people that were there and we didn't really know that they were the owners because they were so down to earth and just overall happy to see us, which really gave us the feeling that this is your second home - which is! Every breakfast was different in a way but tasty, coffee was on another level compared to anything...

During my entire stay here the only thing I didn't like was the view, as they said there would be a sea view, but the rooms were clean, there was no smell from the pond, and the hosts were very welcoming.

The apartments have been renovated this year, leaving small teething problems with the Internet and satellite TV, which should soon be fixed. Other than that, it is clean and comfortable. The family running it are friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are well cooked from locally sourced ingredients. Great views from the back of the apartment onto the river. Some reviews indicate the smell...

This Hotel is just amazing, i was there with my family last year, the rooms were good an the food was delicious! I miss it!

Perfect for a family holiday, apartment had everything you need, clean modern and spacious. Owner and staff were very friendly and great hospitality.

Friendly staff, location is not too far away from the small beach. Apartments are modern, fully equipped with all you need and most importantly, clean, wifi is a bit bad but it can be used. Definitely worth the money and stay.

The hosts are kind, neat, clean, everything is as in their pictures. They have our recommendation. ❤

English speaking and friendly host. Near to the beach by walking overhead bridge.

I definitely recommend this place for your stay in Ulcinj. Great hosts, very clean apartment and close to some great restaurants.

Perfect, very pleasant hosts. Nicely arranged clean spaceous and comfortable appartment with new furniture. You have all you need. Fantastic location away from the loud centar but very close to it, 5min walking distance from the best part of Ulcinj. The sunset from the terrace is great. If we come again to Ulcinj this is the place we would come for sure.

We have stayed at this hotel, this area and this is one of the best! So clean and we are very picky. Breakfast is also outstanding! We loved the comfortable beds. The pool is also a plus. The bathroom was sparkling. Great pillows with several options! Food is excelent! Good for You guys! Next year we can't wait to return!

This hotel is nice for the prices that it has. The rooms are kinda small and they try to keep them clean. Every room has a balcony view but not everyone has a nice view. The hotel also has an outdoor pool. The hotel also offers breakfast and dinner and the food is mid-range. Also during the night you can enjoy the music down at the restaurant.

Where do i start? My stay here was lovely everything about it was top quality from staff to cleanliness to restaurant food. Rooms were well equipped with anything needed and that staff was more than happy to equip and adjust to our needs. Beds were soft and you were sure to have a good nights rest. Let me talk about the greenery at the back you could tell that the staff took there time on it, it was...

Super, internet is dificult... but all is OK.

Absolutely perfect accommodation and access for the whole family from Nasir. I cordially greet and can only recommend!

It's great. The host is awesome. I will come back here for sure!

Very nice place, I had an amazing time this summer, I'm definietly coming back! Rooms are very very good, Good-looking, Super nice!

Very friendly receptionist and hotel was up to standards! Great jacuzzi!

We spent a wonderful week here. The room was modern, well equipped, very clean and quiet. Breakfast was 7 euros per person with a wide selection. The view from the roof terrace is beautiful here. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, flexible, and our late arrival was no problem. Parking was convenient, there are plenty of spaces. The gym helped us stay fit during the week, with clean and well...

We been here last year hotel is really great staff too

Wonderful experience in one of the most beautiful location in the WORLD! Best staff ever!!!! Great Holiday!❤️❤️❤️

Very nice place to stay. Excellent view from the roof terrace.

Such an awesome place to visit, highly recommended for everyone!

Neil was a fantastic host, so welcoming when we arrived. And the room was Amazing 🤩 with amazing details to make it an extra special experience. With the starry night sky effect lighting.

I absolutely loved this apartment! It was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The host was very friendly and helpful

We booked the hotel last minute and stayed for one night, but the experience was wonderful. The owner was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. The rooms were clean and luxurious, and the pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. We would love to come back to this place in Ulqin again. Faleminderit!

Maybe a tiny hidden gem in Ulcinj, the family that owns it are great, very service minded and eager to please. The pool and bar in the back was an oasis in the very warm days, and the proximity to the best beach in Ulcinj, Velika Plaza was perfect. The cleanliness could have been better, room-wise, and maybe a little more information on how towels would be handled. Also, we’re not used to having to...

The apartments and outside space with fantastic pool and super -comfortable bean -bag type of sun loungers were amazing. Neil, the owner was very accommodating and helpful . We booked through Facebook paying a small deposit and the rest on arrival. We were fortunate to find an English speaking taxi driver who went the extra mile without charging the extra mile. We were there before the main holiday...

We had basic room for two persons, stayed last July. Rooms are clean. Pool area was also clean. Owners lives in the same building so if you need ride to city they will fix taxi for you for good price. They are very helpful and nice.

It is a simple place where you can hire an apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Rooms are a little bit old, but we'll maintained and clean. There is an electrc heater for hot water. Air conditioner available, but we did not need to use. The fridge and stove in the kitchen was a little bit too old, but they work well. Kitchenware was adequate and quite new. They change the sheets and towels very often...

July 2025, we came here for family reunion, rented a villa. We had 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, terrace, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I would like to first of all say many thanks to the owners, the hospitality was the best we’ve encountered at the villa. We had a million dollar view, most beautiful seaside, small private beach! Really, 2 weeks gone by and we were amazed by the nature of the country...

We stay in “studio apartment wirh sea view” this apartment has so much space and has every machines that you need in a holiday. The private beach is also great.

I thought that I would have a vacation in a beautiful view, but with parents & kids who shout and jump into the pool every day from morning to evening...it was nervous and tiring. The people who working in this small hotel should regulate it because we all came here to have a holiday....as one Chechen mother of six children told me...well, they are just children...and her 6 kids jump and scream in...

Good view of the sea but the building and the rooms are worned down. No lights in the rooms, no dishes,, glasses. Like they will shut down and empty the place.

Basic furnishings. Could use some maintenance; broken shower, mold, shaky handrails, mediocre kitchen equipment, water in the kitchen not drinkable, mediocre patio chairs, some beds very soft, some pillows flat. 2 to 3 stars for this. However, the location/position is excellent and people super friendly. Therefore 4 stars.

Highly recommended. Very nice hostess, great view of the bay. And the possibility of parking under the roof. It's just a bit of a hike from the beach.

Warm welcome and hospitality from Jasna and her family. Very good location of the apartment and parking available! Something that you must need if you go to Ulcinj by car. Amazing views to Ulcinj Oldtown.

Our Hostess is very helpful from the start until the end ... and even after the end or our presence! Thanks a lot. The appartment is great and even better (same entrance for both apartments) and the view is wonderful!

Super apartment and good accommodation

JESNA the best host ever. Apartment very clean, excellent location and very well priced. Highly recommended

The right choice for a vacation in Ulcinj

Very friendly host, clean place and romantic view of the sea with old town. I would stay there again :)

The treatment we had was marvelous. Price/quality at the highest standard. The only thing that could top it was the view on the Ulcinj bay. Ps: Kind regards from the two bike riders you helped!!

Realy nice people and clean rooms. Price quallity is perfect. Great neigbourhood and local mini market accros the street where you can buy the most needed things.

Gorgeous, kind and hospitable people. The house has a wonderful view and is very clean. The consolation.

It is a lovely place with a great view! The host is very friendly and we were happy to stay there for few days :)
