Clean room on the excellent location, peaciful neighbourhood but close to the main street. The owners are very kind and helpful. Great place for a vacation.

It was My first time going to Ulcinj and it was good to book a place between the city and the beach because it was 10 min with car on both sides. The apartments were good clean and spacious. It was very nice and we were satisfied with everything especially with the staff and the owners. I sincerely recommend it.

This place is beautiful. The beach is very close (8 minutes walking), the store is very close (2 minutes walking)... Rooms are great. The hotel hosts are wonderful people. They fully deserve 5 stars.

The hotel was nice and the rooms modern. But I can't rate the cleanliness as excellent. There were a few little things that bothered me, e.g. a hair band was still in the shower. I'm sure they cleaned the shower because it looked very clean. But that's still a no-go. Breakfast was very bad! We stayed there for two nights and couldn't have breakfast there on any day because it was very bad.

The best place I have stayed here in Montenegro. The room was big and clean and the owner and his mom were really nice, which makes the difference. Its walking distance just a little bit hard with no condition from the beach and old town and the room has a good view, plus the owner dropped me to the bus station which was a plus, thank you very much!

During my entire stay here the only thing I didn't like was the view, as they said there would be a sea view, but the rooms were clean, there was no smell from the pond, and the hosts were very welcoming.

I am delighted with this hotel. Small, quiet, neighbors are not heard at all, perfect soundproofing. All rooms have a sea view. The owner is very polite and sociable, speaks Russian well. They clean the room every day, downstairs there is a good cafe, in a word, super !!!

The apartment is very spacious. The room is separated from the living room by a door. The AC is on the living room. Good location near the end of the beach. The Wi-Fi is good and there is free parking. The host was super nice. He gave us late check-out and also gifted us two local beers to try. The only down would be that the apartment could use some renovation.

In front of Long beach, reaching by walking the most famous sandy beaches. Very clean, perfect communication with the owner and as well a lot of help with taxis, transfer and general information.There are different food shopping stores near, a pizzeria, some bars and 5min away there is a local market, Lunapark and plenty of restaurants. I don’t understand why this place has such a high rating. We booked it through Airbnb, and the host was 15–20 minutes late for check-in, so we had to wait after a long and exhausting trip. Good things: clean room and people who work there, transport to the beach. Bad things: the breakfast was the same every day and not so good, the hotel is located near the street and it was very noisy. The cleaning women worked late at night and in the early morning. Not so good for resting.

This hotel is elegant, comfortable and reasonably priced. We made a last minute reservation here and I’m glad we did. The staff is very friendly, the room is spacious and very clean. Stunning in every way! We felt like we were in paradise! The hotel is gorgeous, built on terraces with the sea all around. Swimming in the private beach was terrific. We are 3 dinners at the restaurant and we’re very satisfied with the quality, not to mention the ambiance. The staff was professional in every interaction we had. We stayed 5 nights and didn’t want to leave!

Great location, 1 minute walk to the beach, and right in the center of the town. The large double room is very spacious, clean and has everything you need. Included breakfast is excellent, open buffet, and so is food at the restaurants. It gets a bit noisy after 9 PM because the clubs and parties in the vicinity, but if you want to feel the vibe of Ulcinj, this is the place to be

This hotel is nice for the prices that it has. The rooms are kinda small and they try to keep them clean. Every room has a balcony view but not everyone has a nice view. The hotel also has an outdoor pool. The hotel also offers breakfast and dinner and the food is mid-range. Also during the night you can enjoy the music down at the restaurant.

I stayed here for 2 nights and was given an apartment for €14 a night consisting of a bedroom with a separate bathroom located on a large balcony where there are also kitchen facilities, a table and a couple of chairs. The bedroom itself comes with a TV and air conditioner which didn't work very well. When I visited, the temperatures were fairly cool, but the aircon wouldn't cool you down in high Summer...

The nice owner, clean in rooms, air-conditioners in every room. Swimming pool next to apartments. A lot of shops around and near is a tasty restaurant that the owner recommends. Also you can order some food in Blue Star. Beach is quite near too. Feel free to ask the owner about some tips to take a taxi, rent a car our ideas for a long trips.

The owner was very solicitous. I think we are among the final guests this season and he has gone out of his way to make us happy. He arranged for his son to drive to our next town (Kotor). Breakfast is good, and included with our rooms. Prices are reasonable, too.
