Borjs Hotel Suites & Spa in Agadir

The hotel was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ghizlane and Mehdi. Both of the staff were professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Lovely staff, so helpful. Breakfast was fine, small but most bases covered! Bed was comfortable and shower good. I got a super cheap deal, and would agree that it’s more three than four star, but the food available is excellent and pool area well maintained. The rest of the hotel is a bit tired, scuffed tiles, layers of peeling paint on floors and woodwork, and the spa is not a spa. You need to pay for access. There are treatments available and other than that there’s only a Hammam, and no sauna as advertised. It was pleasant enough, but broken, very dirty, tiny plastic white sliders provided (I asked for larger but they were adamant I had to wear the size 4 sandals on size 8 feet), dressing gowns yellow and frayed and the hammam itself is full of supermarket own brand products - and the plastic curtain to go in was reminiscent of entering an industrial fridge. If you’re looking for a spa hotel go elsewhere, but it was a pretty good hotel for the price. Taxis readily available outside. 10 mins to the beach, but very much on the outskirts, about £4/5 for a taxi to the marina. Same price to the Médina, which is lovely. Do confirm a price with drivers first, a couple tried to charge double. Overall fine for a few days - 4 stars because of staff and food.

A big shout out to GHIZLANE who was very professional and showed high degrees of customer service. My room on the top floor is lovely and I look forward to spending a relaxing week here.
