Ist class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional. El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information. This could easily be the best hotel in Agadir with a few tweaks. The food was is very good and lots of choice with 4 resturants. Indoor pool is extremely warm so no issues taking a relaxing dip in January. Ouside pool is by far the largest i have ever seen at a hotel and beach is a few meters from hotel gates. Bad points not all food has labels, Inside lobby bar only opens at 4pm would be far better...

Entertainment is almost non existent. We turned up twice on time to see the shows the animation team recommended to us in person, but there were no shows! Floor is slippery. To make matters worse, cleaners mop the floor on your way to the restaurant at morning breakfast time. Food is good, the place is clean , but sauna and steam room is extra charge. There is no à la carte restaurant. Only 3 buffet...

A clean and tidy resort with spacious rooms and beautiful views. Large open spaces, and 24-hour pools and restaurants. Great value for money! Thanks to all the staff without exception, I will definitely visit again.

This hotel is fantastic and the staff are so efficient and friendly too. They all seem very happy. Just one little tip is the could improve their morning coffee but that's about it. Great holiday. Beautiful room. Staff very friendly and the hotel itself is spotlessly clean. Always saw staff cleaning the hotel. Food options are great. Lots of choice. Only negavive, could do with an outside pool table and table tennis. Great location.

The hotel, service & staff were all excellent. The chefs were outstanding & took a real pride in the great food that they produced. They were always spotless in their chef's whites. We were a group of 10. Hotel was fabulous, food excellent, plenty of seating around the hotel to accommodate large groups such as ours. Staff were lovely, super accommodating and friendly. The hotel was excellent in all respects. We had a holiday we shall always remember.

The hotel is really lush and beautiful. Would we go back? No. Purely because they charge you for everything you wanna do - padel is €40/€50 . They make crepes for fun in the reception and there’s a charge - it’s all just silly. So it isn’t a regular 5* where these things come as part of your nightly rate . It’s gorgeous, but that sort of opportunistic charging ruins it. Plus kids under 16 can’t use...

Staff Service was very average - there were three friendly faces. Great setting and well designed outdoor area. Needs a proper coffee machine in the room for the prices charged. Money seems to be a driver not service.

The rooms were very comfortable overall, and the service was excellent. Everyone greeted you, and they even offered turndown service at night. The pool was large and had a resort-like feel. The restaurants were a bit pricey, but the food was delicious.

The hotel was lovely. The communication with staff was difficult sometimes as 80% did not know how to speak English. There was very small ants around the outside and inside of the door to our hotel room when i made them aware they did not understand or didn't want to understand and did nothing to resolve the situation. Communication when ordering food was difficult ended up ordering double and paying...

This is a stunning hotel with beautiful pool areas and a choice of 3 restaurants all of which offer excellent food. The breakfast was amazing with loads of stunning pastries and everything you could wish for. The staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back.

The staff were fantastic, especially at the front desk. My wife misplaced her gold jewelry, and they even returned it to our room.

A hotel designed for total relaxation and recharging, perfect for couples who prefer to relax instead of partying. The service is top-notch. The staff is very welcoming, always smiling and attentive. Nice renovated hotel with a lot of great facilities. The quality of the food is excellent.

Great experience, the hotel is beautiful.in and out. Staff are awesome and very friendly. Very close to the beach and 10 minutes drive from agadir bay. The only downside is that the gym is very small and has limited equipment. And the cost internally for everything was very expensive.

Not 5 star given that 1) Our douple-room was comfortable & clean but there was one mug & one glass & one tea-cup. The room lights were inflexible (either on for whole room or off, & no subtle bathroom lighting), twice were returned to no hand towels, we had t-bags & uht milk for only the first day, there was noise from outside until 8pm, there were no prices on the menus for Restaurants, the shower...

I very rarely leave a review for a property, however in this case The View in Agadir deserve one. Their service is exceptional even for a 5*. This is the second time we have stayed here and it won’t be the last. Excellent dining, great mock/cocktails. Fantastic staff. Can’t wait to come back.

The environment is great and the hotel facilities are excellent. The location is good, right by the sea. The only downside is that room service wasn't very attentive. The front desk staff all speak English, so there's no need to worry about language barriers!

Very nice hotel with breathtaking ocean views, spacious rooms, free parking, and an excellent breakfast with a heated pool.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and found everything, from the staff to the food, to be excellent! Next time we're in Morocco, we'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

It was incredibly comfortable; I had a wonderful week here, sleeping in every day and walking to the beach to watch the sunset in the evening. The hotel has two restaurants, one a buffet and the other by the sea, both offering a wide variety of food.

We stayed in three hotels in and around Agadir, including two five-stars, and our Tikida experience was the least satisfactory of the three. While the hotel is beautiful, we would have a few suggestions for improvement. Firstly, a visible "lost and found" desk for objects mislaid or gone missing. Our second stay at the Tikida Golf Palace was just as good as our first visit earlier in the year. Spacious relaxing rooms kept immaculately clean every day.
