First and foremost, the precaution measures due to the COVID by the staff is well adhere by the establishment. The hotel is clean staff friendly and situated on the tourist strip on the broadway. Very nice Hotel right on the beach. We went here just before Corona in March 2020 with our 2 teenage Kids and had a great time. Hotel was not too crowded, yet all services offered. Not as shiny as the new concrete palaces around, this one offers a lot of the real charme Marocco has to offer. Clean and well kept rooms, great buffets and restaurants on site.

The hotel was good, clean. The family room was really nice and they even gave us a cot. We had the sea view which was really beautiful. There was a mini fridge. There were few shops outside the hotel where we could buy snacks and drinks for cheap price, which helps alot when you have kids. Swimming pool water was cold for me but the kids enjoyed it. There weren't many staff that understand English...

It was a great vacation. The club is right on the beach. Good food and fantastic sports program. Always changing evening programs. Taxis in front of the hotel but also renting a car were no problem. We went horse riding and it was really good. Learning to surf is a must in Agadir

a hotel with German language influence, the food can be better as the activities which has been in German language only.

The property was excellent, spacious and always a bed around the pool. Staff were happy and always went that extra miles for everyone.

The all-inclusive hotel is so cool. I stayed in the hotel with my friends all day, swimming and having a delicious buffet.

The room is very simple, but large, with an unbeatable sea view, and the restaurant also overlooks the sea. The all-inclusive hotel is like feeding pigs, the food is very good and I gained several pounds. I will go back to the UK to lose weight!

The hotel environment is very good. It is on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. The Atlantic Ocean is outside the restaurant. The sea view is unparalleled. The beach is beautiful and clean. The buffet style is not fixed, which is very suitable for traveling or business trips.

Food was cold, and limited choice No towels in bedroom and when asked they said they would send them and never did. Rooms beyond basic and smelt awful. Big place with things to do. A lot of options for food at meal times. Close to the beach. Balcony. Mostly friendly staff. People actually get involved with the night time entertainment, unlike other all inclusives where people sit around in a grump.

A hotel designed for total relaxation and recharging, perfect for couples who prefer to relax instead of partying. The service is top-notch. The staff is very welcoming, always smiling and attentive. The hotel was beautiful and in particular the pool area was very beautiful. We originally got allocated a room at the side near the front street , unfortunately this was extremely loud at night so for our first 3 nights we got very little sleep as we had to leave the door open due to the air con being centrally controlled and the rooms were very warm . I booked a sea view room and was given a house on the first floor with no view of the sea. After waiting for an hour, I was given a house that was still under construction. The next day, I waited a whole day to adjust the room again. The restaurant spa is super expensive.
