Poor needs to improve
Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles

This was a very dissapointing hotel and i have a list of complaints about this garbage. -cabnets and drawers were broken -the cooking facility they provide you with rarely works, we asked for a replacement and even though it was better it still was weak e.g eggs took 30 minutes to boil -the internet shuts on and off in random bursts, once it shut off in the middle of the day and didnt come back until the next morning (we complained about this and the rude receptionists told us this is normal and if we want we should just leave?? Not even trying to fix the problem) -Room did not seem that thoroughly cleaned and the bed sheets seems to have been a bit dirty?? -water shut off atleast 3 times during our stay and wouldnt come back for hours (every night they shut off the water too, seemed to have been on purpose) -this hotel had 5 floors and the lift would stop working -the singlular washing machine was shared between 2 hotels and wasnt even included in the price, you had to pay for it

The owner has big attitude problem he beat up one of the staff in front of my eyes. The owner treats the staff like slaves. I could see fear from the workers. The breakfast was disgusting and very unhygienic. The boss needs to learn to respect is workers. Please do not go to this place at any cost. Nojmul Hoque

Every Surface is Dirty, Entire Kitchen, Crockery & Cutlery worktop manky,sink ,inside fridge no shelfs, dirt in every crevis, floor dirty ,hairs and other stuff, mirror ,write your name in the dust,toilet dirty,no toilet paper,shelf above toilet ,to bang your head,toothpaste on toilet door among other stains.water went off throughout the day. Patio doors dirty,glass on balcony dirty. Bedsheets,not sure if they had been changed so slept on my Towel. Pool 2 sun loungers and 10 chairs,but overrun by kids who did not stay at hotel,so unusable,7 channels on TV all Arabic. Good Points,Good Location, Cheap price £26 on Agoda.double balcony with sun. When leaving at 8am the gates were locked had to get them opened, so in a fire you will burn.

This hotel is one big tragedy. The senior receptionist assigned us a very cold, dark room with no sun all day long. It was so cold at night that I had to sleep with my clothes on and I woke up at night sweating from the cold. The air conditioning in the room was broken and it was impossible to turn on the hot air. The shower was running cold water, only after fifteen minutes hot water started flowing. When I went to the reception desk to ask for a room change, the young receptionist opened his eyes at me and made a very mocking, ironic face. When I started screaming in finally, he gave me the key to another room. The second room was warm and sunny. Why weren't we given such a room right away, since there were very few guests in the hotel and most of the rooms were empty? The pool had ice-cold water, so you couldn't swim in it. The courtyard around the swimming pool is very small and shaded almost all day long, because the sun is blocked almost all day by the hotel building, which is located in front of the street. So you cannot sunbathe on a deckchair in the hotel. Both breakfasts and dinners are very modest. Next to the hotel there is an empty building in the courtyard with a small German Shepherd running around, barking or howling all night long. We paid a lot of money for a week's stay at the hotel because we were there in December around New Year's Eve. Please stay away from this hotel if you don't want to have your holidays ruined and wasted.

Only positive was that there was a pool. Apart from that room wasn't well maintained lifts were temperamental and there was even loss of water supply one of the mornings for several hours. Breakfast was almost non existent. Also staff member yesin will try anything to get money out of you. I booked this hotel by mistake wasn't my real choice.
