I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Its location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sea and local bars and restaurants whenever we wanted. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, with well-maintained rooms and communal areas that made the whole stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help and genuinely welcoming, which made a big difference. There were plenty of options for sunbathing, whether you preferred lounging by the pool or relaxing on the grass in a quieter spot. It never felt overcrowded, and there was always a peaceful place to unwind. Service throughout the hotel was excellent—efficient, polite, and consistent across the board. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a great guest experience. The food at the hotel was also very good, with a wide range of choices to suit different tastes. While we found the quality and variety excellent, we chose to eat out most evenings to support the local businesses nearby, which added even more enjoyment to our stay. I enjoyed my stay so much that I’ve already booked to return at the end of April, which probably says it all. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and well-located place to stay.

We had a very enjoyable week at the TUI Kenzi Europa hotel. Our room 1515 had a fantastic view over the pool, you could also see the sea. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was massive, as was the bed. The bed was made everyday with a different pattern. All the staff were very friendly and only too happy to help. The weather was a bit hit and miss but we still found plenty to do while strolling around along the beach. We took a ride on the little train through the streets. When the sun was shining we enjoyed lounging on a sun-bed by the pool and even ventured down the water slides. The food was very tasty and there was plenty of variety with everyday having a different theme at dinner time. There was something different on offer every evening from the entertainment team and if you didn’t fancy that, there was lots of lively activities along the seafront of an evening. We had a thoroughly enjoyable week and would definitely consider returning to Agadir.

Value for money yes. Room was good shower great. Bar area was small . Not much comfy seating area inside when weather's bad . Food was ok just not much variety ok if you like fish. But always something to eat. Pool area was a little cramped with sun loungers close to edge making it difficult to walk past . Also pools were not easy accessible if you had mobility issue. Entertainment team great friendly and done a good job. Most hotel staff very helpful. Would I go back again to agadir yes but not to this hotel . Only it didnt cater for our needs .

We have just come back from our holiday and we have had such a lovely relaxing week. Agadir in Morocco is great - there's plenty to do if you want to get out and do excursions, but the provision of the hotel meant we were perfectly happy to stay around the pool and relax. The hotel has 7 floors, split between 2 buildings and we were on the top floor facing the mountain with the fortress. It is in a bustling area, so can be noisy, but is a 2 minute walk to the beach where there's a reserved area for hotel guests and walkable to the marina (although there wasn't that much there). The rooms themselves were modern and comfortable (although the mattresses were very firm and the rooms could do with a few hooks to hang towels and a dryer for wet swim stuff). The pool was nice enough, but definitely could have done with being a bit warmer to make it more inviting! The waterslides definitely looked better in the photos, and are not always on but as we went in term time this was understandable and they turned them on when we asked - just be aware that the racer slides can splash if you're sat near them! They are good slides though and provided a lot of fun for my 9yr old. Pick your sunbed carefully too as you can quickly find yourself unwittingly in the shade. The animation were really lovely and work SO hard - shout out to Yoyo, Anowar, Marwan, Samati, Mouss, Souki, Soso and Quisok - they provided an assortment of activities through the day time which was good fun for all ages, always joking, laughing and chatting with the guests and speaking lots of different languages, as well as hosting the after dinner evening entertainment. I thought they did a particularly great job at persuading people to get involved, so hats off to them! Housekeeping made up our room beautifully each day and it was always a delight to come in and see what fun way they had arranged the bed runners. The dining room and bar staff were always so friendly and helpful, nothing felt like too much trouble, and kudos to the catering team and chefs as the food was AMAZING. I do not understand how anyone here could complain about the food - there was always lots of fresh salads, delicious fruits (the persimmons particularly!) And the hot food looked great. Enough beige food to keep my 9 year old son happy and enough colourful fresh stuff to appeal to me (and occasionally tempt him with too!) Reception were always nice, though check in was a little chaotic, you good see they were just overwhelmed with a rush of people. Things we LOVED - Food - Water Slides - WiFi in the room - Staff - Activities Things that could be improved - Accessibility for the pool and snack bar (there's no smooth ramp to the snack bar, the sun loungers are placed very close to the edge of the pool, and the pool itself has no gradual steps, just ladders, so was difficult to get in for anyone with accessibility/disabled needs). - Pool temperature - Pool design - there's a splash area for very little kids, but n

After reading the reviews I was dubious, but hotel is ideally located, staff very friendly, including reception staff. The food was average and best days was the grilled prawns. Hotel very clean and this was thabks to El aabid who cleaned our room daily leaving it spotless and lovely decorations. We were in room 2363!

This was our fifth visit to Kenzi, and it’s easy to see why it’s become our favourite. The hotel is always welcoming, convenient, and friendly, with a great atmosphere that kept us coming back. It was busier than we expected for this time of year, but the location—just a short stroll from the beach—remains perfect Staff The staff continue to be the highlight and the main reason we keep returning. Said, Abdullah, and Jamal always remember us and go out of their way to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. We’ve never had any issues with any of the team — they’re always friendly and eager to help. The gentleman in the restaurant (I believe also called Said) was especially attentive during meal times. As always, the staff are a real asset to the hotel Rooms The hotel feels bright and modern after the recent updates, and the rooms are definitely an improvement. Beds, however, are still rock hard. The air conditioning only runs until 1st November, which makes nights stuffy if you don’t want to leave the balcony doors open due to outside noise. A major plus: there are now plenty of plug sockets, including USB and USB-C on both sides of the bed. Rooms also have a kettle, cups, basic tea-making facilities, a fridge, a walk-in shower, and toiletries. Pool We didn’t use the pool itself, but by 8am all the sun loungers were already taken. The pool staff do a fantastic job helping guests find a spot when needed. On our previous visits, finding loungers was never a problem, but this time the area was so busy that some guests were even setting up on the grass verge due to limited space around the pool New Snack Bar It’s a shame the old kids’ club has now been turned into a snack bar — it used to be such a lovely feature for families. It seems they’ve chosen to prioritise extra food and drink service rather than keeping the supervised kids’ activity space, likely to accommodate the higher number of guests since the hotel became a TUI Suneo. The new snack bar itself is nicely set up with a selection of snacks, drinks, and outdoor seating — though you do get bombarded by wasps! The only downside is its location on the opposite side of the hotel anyone with mobility issues may need help accessing, we much preferred the atmosphere of the indoor main bar Restaurants • Breakfast: Beans, sausage, eggs, shakshuka, potato wedges, tomatoes, pancakes, omelettes, plus the usual salads, fruit, pastries, and cereal. • Lunch: Chicken nuggets, burgers, lovely pizza, with a couple of mixed veg and potato/rice options. Cold salads and breads are also available. BBQ meat & fish daily The BBQ offered a good variety of meat and fish, but as we all know, large-scale barbecues tend to come with plenty of smoke. It actually filled the whole pool area with a strong meaty and fishy aroma — not exactly pleasant — though it certainly didn’t stop guests from queuing up for the food • Evening meal: Always a choice of chicken, beef, turkey, or fish with generous vegetable portion

This is an excellent value-for-money hotel. Efficiently run and very clean throughout. Easy check-in, and when seeking information. Good size comfortable bedrooms, with all usual facilities - smart tv, tea/coffee tray, balcony, rain shower, usb points. Staff friendly, especially animation team. Nice pool, with flumes for kids and adults, can get a bit busy poolside but plenty other garden areas with loungers. Management should look at the number of gull birds bathing in the pools, potentially unhygienic. Private beach was superb, very relaxed, plenty of beds, staffed. Food outstanding, extensive choice of hot, cold, made-to-order items. Variety of bars serving snacks and alcohol. Location ideal for all the main amenities - bars, restaurants, shopping, attractions. Locals friendly, and helpful. Special mention to reservations lady Fatima who assisted me with information on my booking, the hotel facilities, and Morocco as a country.

First time in Agadir and I liked Kenzi Europe. People were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. And it was nice that sea was so near and beach chair were free. Food was good. Lots of fish and vegetables. Pool could be bigger but it not be so important because sea is so near. Thank You!!
