The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites.
Everything is new and just beautiful.
Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment.
The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice.
WiFi was good without issues.
The food was really tasty and had good varieties.
Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience.
Staff are really amazing and friendly.
Bad points not all food has labels, Inside lobby bar only opens at 4pm would be far better to open at 12pm espically on poor weather days. No information where entertaiment and activates are being held these are minor things that could easly for hotel to fix. So come on Pickalbatros Palais des Roses sort these small issues.
Floor is slippery. To make matters worse, cleaners mop the floor on your way to the restaurant at morning breakfast time.
Food is good, the place is clean , but sauna and steam room is extra charge. There is no à la carte restaurant. Only 3 buffet restaurants.
