I was absolutely shocked when I saw the room.. 4th floor, no elevator, absolutely disgusting room, disgusting toilet in front of it and the staff said and I quote "there's no hot water, but that's okay it's summer anyway"
For the price they're asking I expected monumentally better rooms than the competition around.. It turned out to be the worst of them all..
Absolutely shameful for this day and age
Edit to reply to the owner: I was never offered "better rooms" I was told there was only one available.. I never talked about the price..
The reply from the owner only confirms my review, instead of accepting criticism and trying better, they just call me a liar.. Shame..
