We paid over €270 for a Premium Ocean View room for 3 people, but It was not worth the price at all, the room amenities were incomplete; despite booking for 3 we were only provided with 2 tiny water bottles, 2 slippers&1 amenities kit. Absolutely amazing place to stay, location is great, views are breathtaking and the staff truly go above and beyond, especially the manager Amjad who always ensured we had everything we needed. Rooms are lovely, spacious and clean - we will definitely be coming back.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Grand Mogador ,The hotel is clean, calm and very comfortable — but what truly made the difference was the amazing staff. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. A special thank to Mr Amjad , for his professionalism, I highly recommend it !

I just stayed at the hotel and I must say what a fabulous stay it was. The service was impeccable and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful as well as friendly. The only downside about this hotel is that the rooms are very outdated and not maintained, for example carpet stains, doors/wardrobes not closing properly and so on. However, when complained staff were super friendly and upgraded my room, though the upgrade still had the same problems, it was the best the staff could do in their hands. The hotel is dated (straight out of a 1960's movie) but reasonably well kept. Clean rooms, quiet. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay, wide selection of hot and cold food in a beautiful dining room with a view.

Great location, wonderful staff! Fantastic room overlooking the harbor. Wonderful atmosphere with great history.

A hotel more like a museum than a museum itself, a local five-star hotel with excellent service.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to the sea. The city center is right outside the hotel gate. It is quite lively.

We were very pleased. If we come again, we will definitely stay at the same hotel.

Iconic hotel with lots of history. A bit old and tired but still elegant. Good central location. Helpful staff, average breakfast, nice pool area. One of the bars was closed and the gym area is very basic. Swimming pool was full of sea gulls cleaning themselves which was a bit disgusting.

Clean hotel, recently built wing. Very modern and spacious room. Average breakfast for the claimed standard. Constant noise from the road; the double glazing is insufficient. Decent and professional reception; the restaurant staff were helpful and attentive.

What I found at the hotel doesn't really reflect what's mentioned on your website. Completely disappointed. No wardrobe to store my suits, no hangers. No coffee machine or kettle as indicated on Tripadvisor. I don't know if you verify the information on your website beforehand.

We stayed at the mandarin palace hotel for a night and the receptionist Ferdouss at the front offic me was very helpful and we appreciated her service a lot

Staff in the reception friendly and very helpfully. Breakfast is qualitativ very good Bungalow are old and must be renewed, not clean ( sofa, bathroom and kitchen) . And the acoustic isolation is very bad , noisy cars and motorcycles during the night .

We had a bungalow with sea view for a period of 4 days. The view was mighty beautiful! All the staff so very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very extensive and of high quality. I have a bit of a fear of contamination, the bungalows were cleaned incredibly well every day from A to Z by the sweetest cleaning lady Najat. The woman with the million dollar smile :-)

I would not go back anymore. My wife asked for spa they say it was nobody available. She was disappointed in them shower handle, keeps falling off. They replaced it and still the same problem you can tell it is more work to be done first day to check in to my room. I’ve been asked to pay cash for city tax I handled them my credit card American Express. They said they wanna take it. Their machine always...

Noisy. As soon as I walked into the room there was an awful noise. Had to ask at reception to either move me or switch the noise off. They managed to switch the noise off. Lovely setting. Room had two large beds. Only one had a headboard. Good not great. Pleased we only stayed for one night. My view

Great place in the middle of the Medina. Clean rooms, charming riad. Needs a little bit of restoration. The bathroom in our room wasn't on suite, that can be annoying in the night. Very nice breakfast on the terrace and a friendly owner. All in all a pleasant place to stay.

A magical, clean place, and although it is true that there are some flaws and things to improve, it is part of the experience in a Riad. The rooms are cozy, not cold at all, very clean beds and bathrooms too. The best thing was breakfast on the terrace, I will never forget it. The service and attention were also 10/10. A lot has changed from most of the former posts. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. There are doors on all Windows and even the bathrooms. There are toiletries as well.
