Very friendly reception, breakfast and cleaning staff. The man in front of the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. Therefore I recommend the hotel, but the hotel needs some investment to be up top date, especially the rooms.

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are relatively large, and the restaurant dishes are delicious. The hotel can proactively contact the travel agency according to the guests' needs to satisfy tourists' wishes for a day trip to Chefchaouen!

Staff not very welcoming! Especially a lady responsible for reception.

Hotel was very good but there are no slipper in the room and there are no coffee and tea

Located right on the beach near the marina. Easy check in, excellent room with sea view. Sports bar shows all the sports. Lovely restaurant with good selection of food and drinks. Buffet breakfast fully stocked with a good selection of food. Fantastic helpful staff.

The room was a bit small, and the AC was blasting hot air, so I had to turn it off. Check-in at the front desk took a long time. On the bright side, the breakfast restaurant was huge with extended service hours, offering a typical Southern French/Spanish breakfast.

Everything was great. This is our second time staying at this hotel and we really like it.

Breakfast is good, but service is unsatisfactory. The bathroom leaks water.

Good hotel. It is very close to train station Tager Ville. No need to get taxi.

For Morocco, this hotel is actually pretty good. It's not far from the beach and conveniently located near the train station, and not too far from the airport either. The room had everything from a kettle to slippers, which was much better equipped than the hotel I stayed at in Barcelona. Perhaps it's a global chain.

The location is quite convenient, but the space is a bit small. Overall, it's pretty good!

Overall, it's pretty good, but the power supply is unstable and there are occasional outages.

Was okey for the price, but thats it there are better options.

In my other capacity as Principal of Galilee high school, i admit that The Golden Tulip Andalucia Golf was a great choice for our team building event. The warm welcome made us feel instanly at ease, we appreciated the good hospitality and kind heartedness. The service we received was commendable and remarkable. The hotel has a very friendly and comfortable vibe for a perfect stay.

As a boss who organized a stay for more than 200 people, I can confidently say that everyone was well taken care of. The staff was consistently attentive and accommodating. Throughout our entire stay, the hotel maintained impeccable cleanliness. My heartfelt thanks go out to all the staff for their warm welcome and exceptional service.

Clean hotel, recently built wing. Very modern and spacious room. Average breakfast for the claimed standard. Constant noise from the road; the double glazing is insufficient. Decent and professional reception; the restaurant staff were helpful and attentive.

What I found at the hotel doesn't really reflect what's mentioned on your website. Completely disappointed. No wardrobe to store my suits, no hangers. No coffee machine or kettle as indicated on Tripadvisor. I don't know if you verify the information on your website beforehand.

We stayed at the mandarin palace hotel for a night and the receptionist Ferdouss at the front offic me was very helpful and we appreciated her service a lot

A very nice hotel, great location very convenient. They do provide extra services like helping order taxi services in early in the morning and some tips and recommendations.

Excellent hotel, great location. Changed my room for a little complaint and also gave me a little gift as appreciation for the slight inconvenience.

It's a magnificent hotel. The service is exceptional; they are always willing to help you with anything you need. They even printed my tickets, called a taxi to the airport, and offered to store my luggage until the taxi arrived. Thank you so much! If we return to Tangier, we will definitely stay here again. 🤗

We were on holiday with friends. We were checked in a little early at no extra charge, but it was low season (the hotel wasn't very busy). The service was excellent: daily cleaning, delicious breakfasts, good water pressure. We were very happy with everything. The only issue was that we were charged extra (city tax) upon check-in, even though the description stated all fees and charges were included
