The worst experience of my life

1. Everything was satisfactory until check-out except for the bathroom smell

2. When I was checking out, the front desk staff told me to call the platform I booked on because the room fee wasn't paid. I asked how to make an international call, but they told me to do it anyway. I barely managed to connect with the reservation company through the app message, and the reservation company called the front desk directly, but they said the payment hadn't been made yet and wouldn't let me go. I was pushed out by the ship's schedule, so I ended up paying for 3 days with my credit card before I could leave. (First, this is a problem with the reservation company and the hotel system, so why are you calling the customer to resolve it? Second, if the front desk and the reservation company are connected, it's not the customer's fault, so shouldn't the customer be sent first?)

3. After arguing for 40 minutes, I was late for the ship's schedule and had to catch a taxi because I was walking, but the front desk staff popped out and told me to pay for breakfast because I hadn't paid. When I said I had never eaten breakfast, they insisted on taking me back in and showing me a strange signature on my room number and asking me to pay (I didn't even know where the restaurant was after staying for 3 nights. They showed me a strangely printed signature and said it was mine. Hello. I'm an Asian who stands out even without that, so how could the restaurant staff not remember me if I had eaten breakfast?)

4. They really got mad and screamed that they didn't eat and left.

5. All my good memories of Morocco were gone because of this ridiculous experience at this hotel.
