Service and staff support good but AC not work but only fan functioning so if you can stay with fan so you booked room.

Well hospitality, at most perfect location but need to maintain proper restroom. Meal at hotel is not recommended if u want to taste nepali food.

An Amazing hotel with best facilities for events, weddings and so. Highly recommended for programs. Good Party Palace location. Great rooms. Recommended for all type of visitors. Booking and queries can be done from website as well. AT the bank of river you have good weather and good views along with good rooms and services.

They have a really good customer service. Though the AC was not working in some of the rooms they were active fixing it. Constantly checking if we liked the service or not. The receptionist was always smiling. Just outside is the beautiful river Narayani. Has 33 rooms in total. Also a good meeting hall.ample garden space.
