They have a really good customer service. Though the AC was not working in some of the rooms they were active fixing it. Constantly checking if we liked the service or not. Good Place and Good Food but not well managed and not good surrounding/area.

It was a great experience staying at LTK. The staff were warm and attentive, and the fresh farm-to-table food was a highlight of every meal. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, surrounded by greenery that made it easy to relax and disconnect. I have been staying here for at least 15 years. Beautiful place. Great guides. Great service. Lovely gardens. The rooms are good for the price and it's about 10 munites walk from Sauraha town center. There are no street lights outside the main streets so at night take a head torch. Not really good for disabled access as rooms are up steps and paths are gravel. Food is basic buffet but adequate.

This place was BEAUTIFUL! The staff was fantastic, the grounds are really well kept, the rooms were clean, they have western-style bathrooms and SUCH comfy beds! They offered a culture show where we got to see a really cool set of traditional dances, and the hotel is just a short car ride away from a place where you can ride elephants and go on a jeep safari. We stayed 3 days/2 nights and wish we'd have planned more time here. This is a lovely facility with plenty of space to sit back and relax. There is a great variety of excursion choices, and our favorite was breakfast with elephants. We especially appreciated their focus on conservation and the local community. Me and my sister stayed here with Intrepid. The hotel was very nice, quiet, seems like it was part of the jungle experience. The resort was a lovely place to stay in Chitwan. The rooms and facilities were nice, and the food was great. The staff were warm and personally involved. Unfortunately, we had non-stop rain during our stay, so not all activities could take place or were as enjoyable, though of course that’s just bad luck. I arrived at the resort via a package deal that I purchased through get your guide. I think it would have been cheaper to book the package through an agency in Pokhara or Kathmandu rather than online like I did, but that is the only real downside I have to report! Great place to stay, budget friendly accommodation with fantastic service from a team that just want you to enjoy Chitwan. You can do as much or a little as you want. My 3 day Chitwan experience was brilliant, thanks to the expert guides Lovic and Laxman, and others. They provided all transport between activities and the bus station, ensured check in went smoothly, provided all meals, which were delicious. And shared their in-depth knowledge on all things safari. Me and my mates only stayed for 3 days, but we wish we stayed longer to see more of the jungle. Excellent staff and food, well planned activities and a very low key setting. The facilities are very local in nature,on purpose, and this is not a five star hotel in terms of amenities, but is five star for atmosphere and experience. Be prepared to gear down and relax. I went there after a mountaineer trip in the Himalayas, and it was just the perfect place to unwind and be taken care of ! The staff is amazing, very friendly and professional. The place is quiet, very clean, well maintained. And the food, made from local ingredients, is top level too ! Thank you so much for making me feel like a special guest :-)

The staff are amazing. Whether that’s the guides, or the restaurant staff, everyone is lovely. It’s a much quieter area than staying in Sauraha, which is one of the reasons we picked it. The local staff were just awesome. We loved our guide Sam. The food was so good and endless. I was a bit disappointed in our quarters. The lighting was extremely dim making it hard to see anything.
