OYO 11496 Hotel Baidam in Pokhara

There is no complaints as such but was very surprised when the hotel charged for all the mineral waters they provided in the room. The staffs are friendly but still there are lots of things that the hotel management should learn. There were no glasses and no water available in the room and you had to request for the water. The towel they provided had some yellowish stains. It didn’t look very clean. The parking space is also very small. Hardly three cars can be parked in a single row.

1st Impression: due to promotion manager don't want to accept our booking but later I've talk to oyo customer care, then oyo captain Sagar solved the problem later manager accept our booking in this industry this behaviour isn't professional, in nepal most of the hotel you'll feel like home & part of family, but here thing is different so I didn't like it, price is very cheap, room was basic so according to the price I have no complain about room, breakfast is basic, there oyo amenities kit is missing, no complementary water. So my overall experience isn't good.

Nice staff but they should offer at least two types of breakfasts. We stayed over a week and had the same breakfast every day. The should also put napkins in the tables as well as give you a spoon with the tea.
