Very bad experience on night staying
You guys got the packaging system nice but what about the food servicing and room service
Such a messy dirty room with rat spotted
The thakali food was bad with no salt
We were there for enjoying but what is the behavior of not allowing us to enjoy the music. They turned off the speaker at 10 pm while we were dancing😡
Very expensive, nothing worth the hype😕
Totally disappointed with alfanzoo and the entire team😡

This place is not good for anything , they are just giving us the room and food which has no salt . Ambience is nice but not worth it . In my opinion i didn't liked it

We stayed at Alfanzoo Resort it was not good satisfied with the service. The food was also disappointing — during lunch we were not offered anything extra or accommodating options. Overall, I feel the resort needs to improve both hospitality and food service to enhance the guest experience.

The room wasn’t clean enough tissues under the bed broken pieces of glass, lipstick stain on the sheet,torn pillow case,We informed them about the stained sheets and the torn pillow they said they would change but didn’t do so,We went there in the afternoon but till the night the swimming pool wasn’t full enough to swim

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location is breathtaking – surrounded by nature, with stunning views and peaceful surroundings.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the comfort we needed. The food was another highlight – delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety to suit every taste.
We especially loved the pool area and spa – incredibly relaxing! There were also plenty of activities and entertainment options, perfect for both couples and families.
I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Can’t wait to come back again!

i booked this hotel and when we were about to arrive they told me their roomes were alredy booked and tried to raise their prise a bog no if u are going there 0 stars bad hospitality.had to search for a different hotel late night try any other resorts near pokhara

Horrible place with noisy bad music all day long. It's spoiling the beauty of the surroundings. Cheap place, low quality with greedy incompetent managers who care only about money and nothing else. AVOID. Shame on OYO for having such a bad establishment in their chain.

We actually go here to swim a lot...not because the pool is very big but they don't use much chlorine and use natural spring water. Average food....decent lake view...there is a motorized swing for those interested...cottages look cozy although haven't stayed.
