The motel was a 5 *… clean, welcoming, inviting, food was great, very very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. Staff made you feel at home and very polite. We would highly recommend Pokhara Grande to everyone

Great place to stay with beautiful hotel design and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing. The area is a bit far from the main town, but that's part of the charm if you're looking to unwind. The location is a bit far from the downtown area, but it is a 20-minute walk away. One of the best resorts in Pokhara. The pool is large and you can use the jacuzzi in winter.

A good hotel with interior garden view for most rooms. Always with tourist groups where you would find noisy during check in. Restaurant staff were very helpful though food choices were limited. However, the reception staffs was not very customer oriented and prevent customer to bring the hotel umbrella outside of hotel by saying the umbrella was to be used in house only.

Amazing hotel, we greatly appreciated that upon arrival, staff offered to upgraded us to a beautiful complimentary premium suite with multiple rooms and incredible city, mountain and lake views. If location is not a constraint and you have a car at your disposal, this hotel is a hidden gem. You need a car as even taking a Taxi will be difficult. The hotel's cleanliness needs improvement; the bath towels provided in the room had yellow stains. The hotel offers a variety of outdoor activities; we participated in paragliding. Transportation was convenient, with a direct shuttle service from the hotel entrance.

The hotel's location is inconvenient, being up on a hill. Taxis charge extra to get there, so it's really only suitable for a one-night stay to experience it, not for long-term living. I haven't found any hotels in Nepal to be exceptionally clean, but this one was actually the cleanest of my entire trip. However, it still had some visibly uncomfortable aspects.

This place is really great. SUCH a good value. So close to the main drag/road on Lakeside, but far enough (80 meters or so) so that it's still very quiet. The staff are LOVELY. The room was great. My room was spacious, clean, and had a good view. The staff was very helpful and the hotel is is a good location on the bank of the lake, with terrace meeting spaces and a rooftop with views and room for celebrations.
