Fantastic staff, lovely rooms with a great restaurant. Perfect for business travel. Topped off with a very good gym, way bigger and better equipped than your average hotel. Free upgrade to my room meant the mini bar was included in the price. I will definitely use this hotel on my next visit.

Stayed during the Christmas period.
Front desk - This is my first time ever in my 40 years of life, met such unfriendly front desk. Never seen front desk staff who don't smile while they are working at front desk.
Room - Not bad especially the minibar. But (1) I hung the "Do not disturb" at my door, still cleaning staff went in and tidied the bed and refilled the minibar.
(2) when didn't hang anything, staff went in to refill minibar but didn't tidy the bed. So I don't know what should be the standard.
At least the cleaning staff was friendly though she doesn't speak English.
First and the last time in this hotel.

Good experience! Free mini bar complimentary!
I wanna adjust my review due to your front desk services was very poor. At first, lost my laundry, luckily after 4days able to found back. Now, after checked out, found that the last laundry charges was not stated in the invoice. Everytime, we sent the laundry and paid cash, when asking for receipt, always get the answer, you will get the receipt when you check out. Now I request for my correct invoice, front desk asking me to show prove I had paid the money! If I did not pay, will you send my cloth and I able to collect back my cloth? Please check your cctv, is your staff mistake! This is causing my company reimbursement claim delayed!

Awesome breakfast. I only regret that I'm a little eater in the morning. 😅
Especially the staff is super. As a guest you always have the feeling to be welcome. They share an intensive positiv spirit. I've been in this hotel at least 25times the past 4 years. Always perfekt.

Have been here for a training. Well maintained hotel with helpful staff. Spacious meeting rooms with required stationeries. Great food and drinks. Custom lunch and dinner also available upon request and would say I liked this more than the Apeldroon branch of Van der Valk!

Location on the highway is ok if your on the move. If you want to visit Amersfoort, it’s a bit far away outside. Hotel is ok in general. No spark, just good and clean basic facility

The hotel was excellent and spacious, and the breakfast was very good. I was very satisfied. Free parking was a plus. However, the price on Ctrip wasn't great; I'll probably book elsewhere next time, as Ctrip is too expensive.
