Fantastic hotel, in the center of the city !

Excellent location, with easy access to everything. The facilities were modern and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety and was very enjoyable.

The location is excellent and this was my second time at this hotel. The service has downgraded with 1 ply toilet rolls - you’re better off to buy your own. They don’t give a water bottle anymore, not even a complimentary one that you can refill later. It is only for select members apparently. You can’t expect basic toiletries from them in case you’ve forgotten - just the basic any hotel would do for the price they are charging. It seems they’ve stopped this recently. The price for the room has however gone up significantly. Also, I don’t believe the room
Service, i lost my power bank in the room after the room was cleaned. I never found it and the hotel hasn’t responded to my query. This was after I declined the room service from cleaning my room.

Stayed here lots of times mainly for location and for cost.
Serving area though needs enlarged as there is always a Que at any time. This time my table was gone by the time I returned!!!

Good location and good selection for breakfast buffet.

Centrally situated, room is a bit tight, there is no fridge in the room.
Breakfast time is especially crowded.
Overall, a nice boutique hotel that I will return again.
