When we check in, front desk staff King was super friendly and helpful, definitely a highlight of my stay there.
Unfortunately on the first night of my stay, we were starving and too tired to go out. I called to the front desk and ask if there’s any room service or restaurant in the hotel, the reply I got was “no no no, we don’t have” and hung up, like I was disturbing her. I was so surprised I got that response as people in Amsterdam are very nice in general. She definitely should learn hospitality from King.
