La Vista Resort in Simpson Bay

Fantastic resort! Excellent location - safe area with a lot around. Free parking. Pool and beach towels included. My studio was huge and well equipped. Friendly staff. Excellent food and drinks at on site restaurant. 2 wonderful pools! Can’t wait to come back soon.

I had an amazing stay at La Vista! The hotel has its own private beach with clear water and stunning views.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and it genuinely felt easy to relax there. What really made the difference was the staff, everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome without overdoing it.

The resort itself is peaceful but still conveniently located, so it’s easy to explore the island or just stay in and enjoy the beach. It’s the kind of place where you actually slow down and enjoy your time.

Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting St. Maarten :-)

I have had multiple incredible stays at La Vista Resort and I can confidently say it deserves 5 stars. From the moment I arrive, the employees are super friendly, welcoming, and professional. They always listened to my requests and made sure anything I needed was provided quickly and with a smile.

The resort is in a beautiful location and one of my favourite highlights is the small private beach. It was peaceful and relaxing, with stunning sunsets and sunrises that made every day feel special. The location is also perfect, everything is close by, with walkable access to other beaches, restaurants, bars, and local spots, which made exploring very easy.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was large and super comfy, and the room had all the electronics and essentials you’d want for a relaxing stay. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully set up for guests.

It’s also quiet, family friendly, and very relaxing. The perfect place to unwind. Overall, this resort is extremely accommodating and makes you feel taken care of throughout your stay. I’ll definitely be returning and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway with excellent service.

I have stayed at La Vista Resort several times with my family and friends, and it is easily my favourite place to stay in SXM. The staff are always warm and welcoming, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service is consistently excellent.

The location is perfect—close to the beach, great restaurants, and everything you want nearby, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.

It truly feels like my second home. I cannot recommend it enough, and I cannot wait for my next visit!

La Vista is simply the best hotel in Sint Maarten. The location is perfect, in peaceful Pelican Keys, yet close (walking distance) of many restaurants and several beaches. The spacious rooms are wonderful, with a full kitchen, comfortable beds, and ocean views - we loved watching the sunset from our balcony. The rooms are meticulously clean. A big thank you to the wonderful staff. We will definitely come back.

The hotel is beautiful .. everything you want from a hotel. Staff so friendly !
No bar at the restaurant from 3pm but there is a supermarket very close.
Location great. Short walk down hill to a gorgeous beach. Sand and sea amazing. (I’d say best on the island). Took a tour with a local which was fab. If you want to go to Maho beach to see the planes land be there around 230pm (obv flight times change)
Lots of restaurants and bars near the beach that are all reasonably priced.
