Would definitely go back here and would highly recommend the hotel, so long as you are not looking for room service.
This please is over valued, its like a furnished apartments , not a Hotel, the customer service horrible the old lady at the front desk a disaster!!

Another negative depending on your needs is the internet. It is agonizingly slow (about 3.5 mbps download and 0.5 mbps upload). I work remotely. It was manageable but I did feel I reverted back about 20 years.
In short, we would stay here again. And if I was deaf, I would give it 5 stars.
Upon arrival, the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and pleasant! Told them our horror story, lol, and they quickly confirmed our reservation and got us into our room. They even gave us a room with a better view than we booked! The room (2 bedroom) is VERY spacious. The bedrooms are separated by the living room and kitchen area, which is nice. Nice sized kitchen with a full size fridge freezer combo, oven, stove top, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, casserole dishes, blender, etc. Nicely set up. Balcony patio off the living room and 1 bedroom. Nice bathroom, with HOT water abc basic toiletries. Ceiling fans and a/c in every room. It's a little dated, but not an issue.
Pool area was nice and clean. There's a restaurant and bar right there with friendly servers and bartenders. Alex on Sunday was a great bartender! The food was good as well. We will stay again.
Cleaning only in the bathroom, no arranging the bed, no cleaning the kitchen nor the room, no replenish the coffee for second and third day
