Amazing little family hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are a bit old-fashioned but clean and cozy. Breakfast is also very good.

We have been choosing this hotel for short breaks for decades. Extremely clean and well-kept, very personable hosts, always ready to provide information. 2 minutes walk to the clean beach of Bergen aan Zee, dog owners are also accepted. The Stroomer family will welcome you in summer and autumn 2021, by phone and email. A balanced and rich breakfast awaits you every morning, combined with very familiar service - we give 5 stars *****

Quiet location and yet close to the sea and the city. Mrs. and Mr. Stroomer, the owners, are very hospitable and helpful. Included in the price: bicycles, WiFi, parking and the dune map. You can also park your brought bicycles in the bicycle shed free of charge. And in the evening you sit in the lounge and play one of the many games or read a book from the bookcase. Add a delicious drink and the day can end. 🤩👍🥂

We stayed six nights and had a very good time with the Stroomer family. The breakfast was very good and the service very pleasant. Since we spent a lot of time by the sea, it was wonderful that the way there wasn't far. The rental bikes are in good shape and the area is ideal for one or two tours. In the evening we still liked to sit in the lobby and play games that are available for free (don't be angry, get out your penalty, chess, etc.). All in all a great recommendation from me ...
