Beautiful hotel, nice clean modern rooms, wide hallways, very friendly personnel.
Went there for one week with my wife for summer holiday. Directly based at the sea (30 seconds walk). Also great Restaurant included in there! Nice breakfest and dinner. Clean and modern rooms. Definitively a place to be ;-)!
Very nice and stylish rooms. The personal was always very friendly and helpful. Next stay in Egmond will be there as well for sure.

Clean, location, great parking possibilities, staff very responsive.
A very clean hotel paired with a lot of friendliness, an excellent breakfast also gluten-free. I am overwhelmed and very pleased. A pleasant hotel, highly recommended. Beds excellent. Again and again!

Very nice hotel. Centrally located. Everything clean and tidy. Delicious breakfast including rolls that we love to eat. We haven't missed anything. And enjoyed our freedom.
Great little hotel with super nice service! The stairs to the rooms were quite narrow and steep ... that could be problematic for older guests ... but otherwise everything was really great! No criticism - but a note: With us, the towels were changed every day ... in the interests of the environment - as usual in hotels - you should only change the towels that are thrown on the floor by the guests

A lot of extra facilities like a swimming pool, fitness space, bistro, etc. The receptionists and staff were very welcoming, polite and quick. Everything was clean and fresh… We really had a very enjoyable stay. This is a real hotel. And it really felt like a proper outing.

We had a really nice time in the hotel. The staff was nice and everything was well organized. Room and bathroom was clean and very luxurious. I can recommend staying here.
Perfect place for a nice holiday!
Most of their facilities were limited and restricted due to covid19. Pool is very small comparing with the size of the hotel. Food is OK. It looks good from outside but not that great when you go in.
Best place to stay during these Corona times also other times. Next to an awesome beach and the dunes. The Irish bar and the bistro was really nice, small menu but delicious food and cheap. The Spa and Sauna was absolutely amazing. Definitely will be back soon.

Location, interior, friendly staff and great breakfast
We had 5 great days at the Hotel Neptunus. Room and bathroom were very clean and tidy. The beds were made every day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way, about 5 minutes on foot, from the center, but it is quiet there. We will visit the hotel again. Many thanks to the team at Hotel Neptunus.
Friendly welcome. The room was modernly furnished and clean. The only complaints are the loose floor panels and the somewhat outdated chairs on the balcony. You can walk to the beach in just a few minutes. A beautiful dune park is right outside the door. There is ample parking nearby. For a fee of five euros per day you can park well here from the hotel. It is significantly more expensive at the public...
We arrived very early and were greeted by Frank the manager/owner(?). He was quite friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is good and the rooms very comfortable. I would definitely stay again and recommend it fully.
