Beautiful hotel, very good breakfast and friendly staff, highly recommended

Stayed here 3 nights for a conference in the off season and liked the feel of the hotel - very cosy, with a fireplace lounge area and a nice restaurant. Not many staff around but the ones I interacted with were all kind and helpful. The breakfast was super nice and prepared with a lot of care, switching up cold and warm options every day. My room was on the 4th floor with two beds but not much space at all - it was good for me but for two people it would have been too small. There was also a tiny balcony with two chairs but no space to sit down on them. Otherwise the room had everything one needs - comfy bed (very quiet!), desk, tea and coffeemaker, closet space and the bathroom was also very nice. Internet worked well. This was a very nice base for me and I enjoyed my stay. It’s also in walking distance to the main street, the beach and several bus stops (30 mins to Leiden).

Fabulous cocktail and breakfast area. The deco is outstanding. The staff, especially Justina, excellent. The rooms are well equipped. The shower is small & bathroom small for a tall older person. The views excellent. The breakfast well worth every penny. Well done !!

I visited (now the 2nd time) on business at ESTEC. It was a really perfect hotel; I only wish I had the time to enjoy a glass at the end of the day or enjoy more of the delicious breakfast. I'll be back!
