Friendly service. We stayed 3 people in what they categorise as a budget room, and it was comfortable, ample and clean. Excellent buffet breakfast and a good restaurant service. Location is perfect, right at 100 mts from the beach. Our room had seaview.

Heeren van Noortwyck Hotel Grand Cafe ,I just pass 1 week at this hotel,it's a v ery nice place to live, nice food , nice bar and waiter , the room is small but in europe is normal the place is incridible ,flower , smoker area, good beer, and very good food I recommanded this place but if you go there ,go in august the weater was more warm or if you go in april you can seen a lots of tulipe

Booked a basic room as I needed to find a last minute place for just one night. The room was small (but I knew that), had a separate bathroom and covered the basics at a really good pricing. Very nice bed, decent breakfast and a dedicated parking lot.

Great hotel central to Noordwijk. Stone's throw from the beach ⛱️ and close to many interesting cities.
Staff is enthusiastic, proactive and helpful. They really make you feel welcome and extend great hospitality.

We were two couples from Denmark who were on an extended weekend. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was lovely and there was a large selection. Booked a mini room and was enough for a few days. Room was comfortable beds were comfy. Bathroom was clean. Friendly staff and a very good restaurant for normal prices. Great position in Nordweijk. Close to the beach 7 min walk to shops and frietes.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and experienced. The bar and the indoor swimming pool was very nice and lively. We, as a family, had a nice time.

This hotel is all about location ! Spectacular front sea view and our room had a terrace to chill just in front of it. The rooms are very comfortable spacious even though the building looks bit old fashioned. Everything is well mantained. The breakfast was very good but u have to walk a bit to get there cause they share facilities as the restaurants and the pool with the Van Oranje. But this was nice at the end cause u get the feeling u are staying there aswell. The bars are beautiful and nice drinks ocean view again. Amazing sun days here! (Good luck with the weather)

This hotel has an excellent location right on the beach. The staff are very polite and nice.
But the bed in this hotel is not comfortable, there is no temperature heating or air conditioning at night. The hotel is extremely hot, very hot, you cannot sleep. and the only thing they offer is a small fan, even if you sleep with the door open it will be hot. and you pay dearly to stay in it.
The hotel has a bar on the beach. You will receive a card for spending at the beach bar. But even if you are in the hotel you go to the bar and there is no space available as the bar has already reserved the seats.
Why is the hotel giving you a card?
Everything is extremely expensive in order not to provide quality service. I do not recommend

Hidden charges and slow service
Hotel is in a very beautiful area and the staff is friendly but those are the only good things. Breakfast was said in the hotel's email to be 25 per person. Nothing else. Then the shock when checking out: 25 per person per DAY! For a breakfast that had no variation at all from day 1 to day 5 of our stay and was poor quality and rather sparse as well. The buns were very dry. One day we went to have breakfast at a local restaurant but still had to pay for the breakfast at the hotel which we didn't even eat... (and they tick off everyone coming to breakfast so they knew we did not eat there that day.
Also cleaning stuff tried to get into our room repeatedly even though the do not disturb sign was outside - we were naked one of those occasions.
Our room's shower had basically no pressure - only when turning the water scalding hot. They said someone would come fix it but if they did in our absence, the change wasn't noticable.
Daily deposit is 75 per person which wasn't enclosed anywhere either - hopefully our 750€ will be back on our account soon. Take pictures before checking out so they cannot cheat you out of your money. I took pictures of every little thing to be safe.
The hotel also offers a whatsapp reception service for questions and the like. We tried to use it three times and replies took in between 4 hours and a full day! Not helpful at all.
Last but not least, the pool with the waves that is included in the booking price is pretty much a joke: the water is still for in between 30 and 60 minutes... the waves everyone at the pool is excited for only get turned on after that for about 2 minutes. Very disappointing and not part of the hotel's description.

Very nice and large hotel. We were here for an even the whole week and everything was perfectly organised. The staff is very helpful. The hotel is a bit of a maze as it seems to be several buildings connected to each other, but once you get hang of it, its fine. We also had a buffet lunch here which was very good.
