A great experience staying here, very clean chalet with everything we needed provided, even had a garden which was nice as the weather was good, easy access to everywhere we wanted to go, friendly staff and very quiet in a beautiful location, great value too compared to hotel prices and good amenities on site, would highly recommend for both families and friends visiting the Netherlands, see close too if you want a beach.

We stayed here with our 2 cats for a week. Our chalet was clean , well equipped with a good heating system. The Parc is well situated for visits to the Keukenhof Gardens. Friendly staff and the whole site was very well tended.

4 nights, family 4. Paid for bedding. Travelled from UK. Bad points: no bedding on first night. Shower filthy. Basic, worn accommodation. Whole chalet in need of good clean. No toilet paper bring your own. Plus points: issues raised with receptionist and promptly fixed. Have 2 boys so was happy accommodation was not top level as didn't have to be careful. Outdoor pool open till 8pm which was great fun. Karts available for kids to use. Bikes can be hired for daily charge. Launderette on site but I didn't use. Fresh bread and croissants delivered every morn, delicious. Small shop on site but has basics. Location is great for touring the area. Aldi is about 20min drive away. Beach is 10min drive. Ice cream van visits twice the wk we were there and very cheap and delicious flavours. On leaving you need to strip beds, brush chalet, empty bins, fridge and sink, not an issue. Would return to this park.

We were 2 families in 2 separate chalets. The first family left because of the awful uncleanliness in the Chalet and found a much more expensive hotel to stay. We unfortunately weren't as fortunate because we were sponsored the holiday. We had power outages more than once, blocked basins and toilets, stained and dirty cookware, unhelpful reception, virtually no air conditioning, I wouldn't advised my worst enemy to stay here. I honestly thought we were the only ones, till I met the neighbors who all have the same problem. Don't STAY HERE!

A nice clean property was very disappointed to have too put our own sheets on the very difficult not much room beds we were very tired when we arrived after a long drive to have the beds made on arrival would have been better

We had a modern apartment with all the facilities you could need. It was very clean and tidy. The apartment was in a building which was accros the road from the main accommodations. Parking was not a lot but ok. The price for 1 night was of course sky high for this weekend due to the ongoing events (Zandvoort Grand Prix and a music festival)

Beautiful surroundings; cute, clean house; fantastic reception staff and lovely cleaning staff who did there best above and beyond to accommodate our unannounced early check in. Quiet, close to Noordwijkerhout centrum for restaurants, groceries and surrounded by nature. My nieces who visited for two nights enjoyed the swimming pool, the skelter wagons and the playground.

Disgusting overpriced staff did not take well into the matter when pointed out the flaws. The house dropped the temperature down to 14celcius during the night and temp outside was at night around 0 The shower had mold and the refrigerator smelled bad. The double bed was two single beds push together so if someone wanted to hold his/her partner at night you would fall between mattresses. We came into a smelly cold house and I do NOT recommend this place. We paid over 700 euros for 6 days and this is what we got. Restaurant was not open, swimming pools not open. Minimum service. I try to speak to the desk but the did not seem to care and but after a while the came to "fix" the smell and the temperature but it did not work.
