Never answering the concerns, as a frequent traveller tried to modify stay date staff didnt accept the request, nice approvals with not feedback.
Early morning, cleaning staf will start throwing brackets and mops in the hallway to make sure you wake up early
Due to a mistyped date on my booking, I contacted the hotel immediately—before even receiving the confirmation email—to request a change in check-in dates.
Despite my prompt communication and multiple follow-ups, the staff was unhelpful and refused to accommodate the change. To add insult to injury, they charged me the full price for the reservation, even though I couldn’t stay due to their inflexible policy.
This lack of understanding and poor customer service was frustrating and unacceptable.
Given the hotel’s otherwise appealing location and amenities, I expected far better support. I strongly advise potential guests to double-check booking details and be cautious, as the hotel’s rigid policies and dismissive attitude can lead to costly issues. I won’t be returning.
