Few points for improvement- Breakfast could have more continental spread rather than the plain breakfast, would bring more excitement. Situated not far from the local shops in a woodland setting. Our room was small but adequate & situated in an annexe with patio & outside seating, no air conditioning. We had set meals for our group in a separate restaurant as did other coach parties. €5 for large beer, €4 glass of wine. Nice bar in main building but receptionist seem to cover 2 jobs so you had to find someone to serve you. Overall...

The waterfront terrace is especially fantastic. The restaurant was also excellent. Delicious food and friendly service. The hotel room was neat and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Duidelijk een gedateerd hotel. De kamers lijken zo uit een museum te komen. De locatie is wel prima. Diner was redelijk. Ontbijt prima. Als je niet al te hoge eisen stelt dan houdt je het wel 1 á 2 dagen uit. Niet langer want er zijn praktisch geen faciliteiten. Gelukkig is er in de omgeving genoeg te doen

Hotel location is wonderful. The room and communal areas were clean. The staff at reception were friendly. The only issue for us was that there is no air conditioning so the room was quite hot. We used the patio door to cool it as much as possible but it still got hot in the night. That's not a problem as we were only there one night

We stayed for a night in this hotel to discover the beautiful area and enjoy the surrounding. The hotel is clean, well decorated and warm full. The personal is very friendly and helpful. there are available options such as sauna, bike renting ... that are very welcome. The restaurant and the bar are great and food/drinks are of high quality. the food offering is large enough to satisfy all needs...

The service on the terrace was great, by a wonderful waiter ANGELO. Peaceful place. With the forest and the singing of the birds.

First of all, we only booked one night in this hotel. After some twists and turns with the front desk, we were finally able to get back the room type that we reserved, and the front desk also helped to upgrade the room. I had a single room. Probably the room with the least favorable layout. :-( It was already a problem to enter the room, because the door has to swing past the closet before there is room to enter. The grounds and staff are excellent. The parking laid out thoughtfully but some how the hotel missed the mark. I think the breakfast was the greatest let down. Very lacklustre and I would describe as basic. Food wise there are two onsite choices. The main restaurant or the brasserie. We ate at the restaurant which was good but top end prices. Great welcoming by Valenka at reception and a relaxing room with a patio surrounded by gardens. It was an appreciated change from busy Amsterdam.
