Rooms look ok and descent. First when I arrived at the reception waited 10min + because the person wasn’t be able to help at the moment… but ok… location currently under construction but still accessible. For handicap and wheelchair I don’t recommend this hotel at the moment.
Cleaning: I’ve visit enough hotels and this one shock me the most. The cleaning service didn’t did a great job. The bed sheets looks like someone sleep for 1 night and re-used it. Because I found hair on the bed sheet.
The pillow was also hair and a spot looks like a drool-spot.
Toilet floor wasn’t clean there was a sticky spot.
Trash bins no bags in it. The most disturbing was underneath the bed…. Never cleaned it at all.

Worse hotel, service and quality in all of Groningen. Towels are delivered with stains in the bedrooms and management is rude

Reception man was extremely helpful and very nice, even got some free candy, please give this man a raise he was on shift on nov 9 around 19:30. Great experience overall would recommend

Rooms are fine, I expected better for the price. The main problem is the communication with the hotel. We were overcharged; it's been already more than a month, but the issue is still not resolved.
Update: issue still not resolved after more than two months.

It’s ok. Not great, just ok. The rooms are very nicely decorated and recently renovated. However, they won’t let anyone use the (perfectly operational) fitness center at the moment because they insist on storing a [redacted] ton of towels in there. Why the towels can’t be stored elsewhere, I don’t know. There’s also a weird electronic humming noise that runs 24/7 throughout my room and it’s driving me nuts.

Everything is nice and clean. Only disadvantage is slow Internet

The room was nice and the bed was pleasantly warm and comfortabel.

Many things were bad … came to the room it was so dirty and then I asked to clean it and they just came and removed some plastic remaining from previous customers.
At 9 am I was so afraid when the drilling machine start to core from above and it was so noisy I thought the ceiling will fall down and it continued till almost 12 check out time.
The house keeping came like 5 times knocking sooo hardly on the door like an emergency to say that they want to work.
It was like horror movie in the morning, and also at night you can feel the steps and strong doors closing from other rooms.
Totally was so bad and I don’t advice ppl to come at all

The room was well equipped with a mini-fridge, ironing board and iron and sufficient closet space. Very clean. I wil stay again!

Night mare
I liked the wurlitzer music box on the entrance.
Room temperature was a bit cold for me this could be because of long curtains blocking the radiator.
The night shift guy has some anger control problem.
I waited 5 minutes outside of the hotel on the first night and 15 minutes, on the last,as the gates were closed after midnight.
