This hotel gave me an exceptionally warm welcome on a wet and rainy evening. I needed accommodation for myself and a dog. The hot shower and a lovely room with views of the church. A 3 course dinner and a buffet breakfast before I set off again to continue my walk through Limburg. Thank you and so very much appreciated.

The excellent service, large clean rooms, friendly staff, and location all made for a very nice stay. Real value for the cost. And recommended for any stay in Epenland area.

All inclusive at 65 EUR per person per night. Good meals. Old fashioned interior, but clean. Little attention paid to Covid prevention. Breakfast room very crowded. No Mouth/face masks.

Hotel Eperland was a great place to stay for the night. It was quiet and our room looked out over a field. The room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was ok. It was pretty basic but had a bit of something for everyone. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

When booking online, I specified "with breakfast" for this single room, since my ING rooms also included breakfast. This hotel was very cute… The decor, the style. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t delightful. Staff very helpful. It had all the amenities you could lead. You could ask for anything if it wasn’t in your room they had water.

The room was spacious and spotless, had a great night sleep. The honesty bar was a hit. Sadly we only stayed one night, would have loved to stay longer. Location was great too!

The room wasn't cleaned the second day, and there were no fresh towels due to environmental reasons!

There is dust smell in the room despite being cleaned once by the house keeping.

Nice Property The hotel was wonderful but for one problem: the lack of hot water for the morning shower. The hotel is in a great location, the room was immaculate and comfortable, and the staff excellent. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Ideal stay This was the perfect location for attending my daughters graduation. The room was cozy, clean and the staff was wonderful. I wish I would have known about Maison Haas on our other visits. Best place to stay in Maastricht.

Nice private pool and sauna (pay a one time fee for access during whole stay, requires scheduling with reception since they limit how many are in there at any time). Rooms are all unique and the location has great central access to the town.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. The spa was an excellent end to every day, but you do have to pay $25 per person to use it during your stay. We only booked a standard room. And it was nice. But, I feel maybe a little overpriced for what it was. Parking is also offsite so I would say, if you are coming by car, drop your luggage at the hotel first because it is a bit of a walk on cobblestone...

I booked a standard room for 3 nights. I was there to move my daughter into her dorm for her semester abroad. PROS- Very central location with numerous restaurants and shopping right in the square. The biggest surprise was the EXCELLENT restaurant. My biggest disappointment was the box-spring bed, in particular the mattress or "topper". On average, I recommend staying in this family-owned hotel, especially when you're less tall than 1m85 and less heavy than c.85 kg.

A very pleasant place to spend a nice weekend. Great food, at a high level. The hotel service is also very well organized. The rooms are clean and fragrant. The cleaning ladies took care of my room very well and quickly. I recommend, I will definitely come back.

The restaurant looked very nice. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Friendly staff. The room was a bit small. Also, the bed was small. We had a double bed, and it was just 140cm—also very soft matrasses. Really a point of attention to improve, in our opinion.

Very nice and helpful personell. The owner is Chef de cuisine and he does a hell of a good job, everything is very tasty and colorful. His wife is doing the service and is also very charming and professional. This makes the Hotel Restaurant Berghoeve a very recommendable location for everybody, who is looking for a good dinner and a nap after travelling.

This is a fantastic hotel in a lovely setting. The hotel looks like it has been modernised recently and they've done a great job. The decor is very simple and contemporary. Excellent hotel on a very nice location in Wyck, very close to shops and restaurants and to the train station. Our room (4) on the first floor was small but clean and very efficient. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a joy to have an aperitif in the bar and to have a good breakfast in the beautifully decorated new dining room. We will certainly go back to Alex Maastricht a next time

The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of the city centre, with parking nearby and a train station close by, which made getting around very convenient. Exactly as advertised. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and newer decor. Close to Maastricht train station and an easy 10 min walk to the town historical center. Hôtel checkin is in the bar/restaurant on main floor and quite easy. Lot’s of restaurants, cafe and other retail close by.

Really nice hotel in the heart of Maastricht. We were in Room 17 which was right at the top of the hotel. Lots of stairs and no lift. The bed was comfy and the room had everything you need. Not a Bad Stay This is basically a restaurant/bar with rooms upstairs. There is no formal “check-in” desk; you just belly up to the bar and check in. Room is basic. Our room (9) was reached by 4 flights of stairs. In the room was a 12 foot steep stair case to the bathroom. There is a step up bath. I’m 65 not easy! The host, Marcel, is great to work with. Very friendly. The building and room are charming, cozy and quiet even though only a 1 minute walk to the center of town. There are special check in procedures, so call ahead.

Maastricht’s Hidden Diamond A remarkable boutique hotel with only seven rooms. Rooms are very hip and stylish as is the check in process. Our host met us at the door as we entered into a magical 1600 ‘ building with original small wooden spiral staircase. Stylish room with everything needed. Best of all is location ! A Hotel beyond Chain Hotels with a warm welcome. Housekeeping Team could be more friendly and could more take note at a stay of 3 Nights. For older people with a light disabled walking, some rooms are not recommandable, especially with luggage upwards the old Stairs. No Lift is available. If you travel by car, theQ-Park is only a 50 meters walk, but for 3 days 85€ is Like you have buyed the parking...

We enjoyed our stay in ‘zenden, studio 1’. We have stayed here a few times before. It is an excellent starting point for a city trip to Maastricht. When you travel by car there is a (payed) parking garage nearby. Maastricht has a lot of cafés and restaurants in every style.

Hi Loved our break in Maaestricht and of our highlight was Andre’ concert. However felt it was important to feed back our disappointment of quality of rooms and our stay. First of all fridge was not in working order for 3 days, no gesture of offering bottles of cooled water as temperature was so hot. On asking (day2 if we could put water in one of fridges in foyer we were told okay but not normal...

We booked two rooms and were quite satisfied with our stay. Although one room didn’t have air conditioning, a fan was provided, which made it manageable. The hotel’s location near the city center was very convenient and made it easy for us to explore and travel around the city. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.

We stayed at the third level, the room was clean but very warm. Also the noise from the street was very clear to hear, even with the window shut. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was here for the cocktails. Safe to safe couldn’t get enough of them. My friend and I tried 5-6 cocktails and all of them were great! Nice place to go on a Saturday night. The tables are a bit too small and it can get a bit noisy but other than that good times!
